yoghurt half cup
ginger garlic chopped 1tbsp each
tomato paste 1.5cup
cream 2tbsp
spices:
Salt to taste I took half tsp
red chilli powder 1/3tsp
coriander powder 1tsp
haldi 1/4tsp
saunf powder 1/2tsp
White pepper half tsp
Black pepper 1/4tsp
garam masala 1/4tsp

garnishing:
coriander
Green chilli
ginger Julien cut

Jaifil Javitri Powder 1/3rd tsp each
zeera 2tsp
1 anise flower or Badian ka Phool
Darchini Cinnamon 1 small stick
cardamom or Choti Elaichi 2
Black cardamom 1
Clove Or long 3-4

Spices:
Crushed red chilli 1tsp
Salt 2tbsp
prepare Shandar Garam masala

Rice 3cups (measuring cups) rinsed
beef 600g beef with bones 2-3 piece

2. yoghurt 4tbsp
3. cream 3tbsp
4. lemon juice 1tbsp
5. Salt 1tsp
6. Black pepper 1tsp
7. Garam Masala (whole space powder half tsp)
8. Coriander or dhania leaves 2tbsp
9. Green onion white part 3-4
10. green chilli 3-4 or as per choice
11. Sauce :
a. mayonnaise
b. sriracha sauce
c. mustard sauce
d. onion
12. Vegetables:
a. cucumber
b. olives
c. tomatoes
or any vegetables of your choice

ingredients required:

Aubergine 3-4
Green bell pepper 1
Red Bell pepper 1
onion 3 medium
tomatoes 400g
tomato paste with water 1 cup with 1/2 cup water
Black pepper 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
cumin powder 1tsp
olive oil as required

serves 3-4

IMPORTANT NOTE: PUT THE STUFFED AUBERGINE IN THE OVEN AT 180° FOR 20MIN IT WILL BRUNH CRISP AND SMOKEY FLAVOUR TO THEM and then Pour the prepares Paste or gravy on them
