Ann's work is at the forefront of thangka conservation. Since 1970, Ann has worked in conservation of Buddhist art for governments, museums, universities, dharma centers and monasteries.
Ann is Fellow of the International Institute for Conservation, Fellow of the American Institute for Conservation, member of Canadian Association of Professional Conservators, ICOM and ICOMOS.
Ann's international monastery preservation project Treasure Caretaker Training www.treasurecaretaker.com won the prestigious Digital Empowerment Foundation Chairman's Choice award. Ann’s zooms, lectures, seminars, research, and numerous publications continue to serve as valuable resources in museums and monasteries.
