Contribute your Share in Stopping the Killings and Kidnappings that are happening on our Roads by just Helping to Build a Mobile Application that can enable people to check first-hand, which road is safer to travel on even before they left their homes.

The insane armed robbery and banditry that is happening in our communities led to a massive killings of our innocent brothers thereby making millions of kids orphans and displacing millions more men, women and children, forcing them to leave their ancestral homes behind and fled for their lives. Right now, the level of insecurity we are in, spare neither me nor you, and certainly not the rich biggies living in Abuja- The federal capital territory. Everyone of us is a target to these animals. The situation is day by day getting worse. A fully grown man can not or is afraid of traveling 50 kilometers away from his hometown simply because our roads are not safe. And those of us with the strong heart to face it do so with our hearts racing, fairing for their lives.

Now I consider it my duty, your duty and everyone else's duty to put to end, this horrible nightmare. Beginning from today, me and my colleagues, intend to build to the society, a mobile application that can help them plan and choose which road is safer for them to travel, and at what convenient time. The application will be called 'Safer Road'. It will be a mobile Application that will help travelers in finding the safest route to their destination, it will work as follow.

A traveler wake up with intension to travel, he will pick up his phone and open the 'Safer Road' application which will provide a simple user interface where a traveler will key in the destination he want to go, the application will than analyze and provide to the user a list of paths leading to his destination. Each path will display the details such as time to reach the destination, number of current travelers/users travelling on that path, number of previously reported bandit attacks on that path for the past weeks and recent satellite images of dangerous point on the path.

While traveling on the path, if bandits initiate an attack, the first traveler to come in contact with or spot them will be able to rise an alarm about the attack through the application in his phone. and the application will automatically send a red flag alert to all the travelers on that path about the attack and recommend another path to the destination immediately. After a user rise the alarm, the application will get satellite images of 2 kilometers radius of the attack area and make it available to other travelers.

Due to the fact that almost all the paths/roads have a danger points where bandits initiate their attacks, the 'Safer Road' application will provide a satellite imageries to such danger points each 10 minutes periodically.

To help us achieve the above objective, DONATE any amount you can to enable us provide society with the right solution/application that will help save lives, it can be your life, my life, or an innocent citizen life we save today, we in Nigeria doesn’t have a single satellite that can be used, as such, we must use commercial satellite from other countries to make this work and that cost more than we can provide, but with your help we can finance this and make it happen today.
