Soon, you will no longer have those sleepless nights that you are having right now, and that you won't need to cry yourself to sleep anymore—peace of mind will sing you some lullabies and hymns, and your heart will be at ease. Soon, getting up from your bed will never be a difficult task to do, and that waking up each day will not bring regrets on you anymore—you will feel happy that you get a chance to be alive for one more day.

Until then, keep on moving forward, for things will get better one day; and you will tell yourself, "I'm glad, I made it here."

When you finally decide to start your healing process, know that it won't be a smooth-sailing journey—there will also be instances that you will face chaos and hindrances as you move forward. Sometimes, you will feel like everything's falling on its right places, but there will also be moments when you see that nothing seems right; sometimes, you will feel like everything goes as you want and plan it to be, but there will also be situations when you will feel like the whole universe is against you.

And those are all fine—to have such emotions like being on a cloud nine, then suddenly being placed again on the rock-bottom thinking that you are not going anywhere; but you are really forging ahead.

Those are all parts of the said phase, for healing doesn't exactly mean you will be alright in an instant once you begin it—remember, it is a process to your recovery, like a wound that still needs to be tended just to be fully cured. You will still be in pain, for you are putting some medicines on the cuts cause by this life—never get tired of tending to it; you deserve to be mended.

One day, you will just notice, that it no longer hurts—by that time, you have finally recovered from the torment.
