Some quick tips:
♦︎Reinforce your message. Don't be worried about repeating yourself. Not everyone will see every post and you want your audience to know what you are about.
♦︎Set realistic expectations for yourself. Showing up twice a week is better than zero. If you can't commit to posting every day or making multiple reels a week - that's fine - just commit to whatever you can consistently do.
♦︎Keep trying new things. It's ok to test out new things even if they aren't a hit. You'll never know unless you try.
A great way to get started on any project is to break it down into smaller, more manageable tasks.
Need to focus on engagement? Set a timer for 10 minutes and commit to just doing that until the timer goes off.
Start by coming up with a plan of action and setting yourself achievable goals - and don't forget to take breaks in between!
Making reels and TikToks does not mean you have to dance!
If you want to dance, that's fine, but you don't have to do every trend if it does not feel on brand for you or your business. Focus on doing more of what feels authentic for your brand and that will resonate more with your audience.
This just means taking some time to create multiple pieces of content in one sitting. This way you can plan out your content for the week, month, or whatever, and don't have to come up with something every day in the moment.

⚡️ Highlight a specific product/service/treatment your business offers
⚡️ Look at your insights and see what content is doing the best and try to replicate it
⚡️ Introduce yourself or your team members
⚡️ Use FAQ to build content. If you get asked certain questions a lot about your services or products, make a post or reel answering that
⚡️ Take inspiration from pinterest, blogs, or other accounts you admire. Don't copy it, but make it your own with your branding and business offerings
