Our Father, who art in Heaven,
hallowed be thy Name,
thy kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those
who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen.

MEMORARE PRAYER. This is one of the most beautiful prayer to ask Mama Mary's intercession. Many pious Catholics use, recite and pray this prayer. Let us all pray this prayer today.

+
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided.

Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother; to thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.

Amen.

WHAT IS STATION OF THE CROSS?

The Stations of the Cross are a 14-step Catholic devotion that commemorates Jesus Christ's last day on Earth as a man.

The 14 devotions, or stations, focus on specific events of His last day, beginning with His condemnation.

The stations are commonly used as a mini pilgrimage as the individual moves from station to station.

At each station, the individual recalls and meditates on a specific event from Christ's last day.

Specific prayers are recited, then the individual moves to the next station until all 14 are complete.

The Stations of the Cross are commonly found in churches as a series of 14 small icons or images.

The stations are most commonly prayed during Lent on Wednesdays and Fridays, and especially on Good Friday, the day of the year upon which the events actually occurred.

Here are the 14 Stations of the Cross:

(1) Jesus is condemned to death.
(2) He is made to bear his cross
(3) He falls the first time
(4) He meets his mother
(5) Simon of Cyrene is made to bear the cross
(6) Veronica wipes Jesus’ face
(7) He falls the second time
(8) The women of Jerusalem weep over Jesus
(9) He falls the third time
(10) He is stripped of his garments
(11) He is nailed to the cross
(12) He dies on the cross
(13) He is taken down from the cross
(14) He is placed in the sepulchre

"We Adore You, O Christ, and We Bless You, Because by Your Cross You Have Redeemed the World."

FAST FACTS:

The Black Nazarene is an image of Christ carrying the cross, venerated in the Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene, Quiapo, Manila. The January 9 procession reenacts a seemingly minor historical event, the 1787 solemn Traslación , or transfer, of the image from its original home, where Rizal Park is now located, to its present home at the basilica in Quiapo. PRAYER

O God, who willed that your Only Begotten Son should undergo the Cross to save the human race, grant, we pray, that we, who have known his mystery on earth, may merit the grace of his redemption in heaven. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

🌞 Rise up, Take Courage & Do It 🌞

🙏 Dear Lord Jesus,
Thank You, Lord, for equipping me with Your strength; a strength I don’t deserve and could never be capable of on my own. Thank You for carrying me when I am weak and weary. Help me Lord NOT to be a procrastinator for I know the only difference between success and failure is my ability to take action. Thank You Lord for holding my hand when I am too scared or lost to take the next step. Thank You for lighting the way in the bleak darkness of my reality. Thank You for the instructions to be strong AND take action. I know that these two go hand in hand. I know that I must not only be strong, but I must also take action. Thank You for the strength that motivates us into action. I know that without action, I am simply stuck in a holding period. I know that without action, I am simply stuck. Lord, I know that I am sinful. I pray for the audacity to confess boldly, repeat loudly, and lament intensely in front of others. I want to be strong and take action. I refuse to live in a holding period. I need a breakthrough. I pray that You equip me with Your strength that can carry me into action, and I pray that I can use a whole lot of exclamation points to describe how amazing You are. Thank You, Lord, for designing me to be exactly who I am. Thank You for Your strength that leads to action, especially in such uncertain and chaotic times. Thank you Lord for hearing my prayer, I trust You and love You....
In Jesus’ Name I Pray.
AMEN 🙏

Arise! For this matter is your responsibility, but we will be with you; be courageous and act.”
(Ezra 10:4)

Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the LORD your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.
(Deuteronomy 31:6)

The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?
(Psalm 27:11)

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
(Isaiah 41:10)

Oratio Imperata: Prayer against COVID-19
March 24, 2020

God our Father,
We come to you in our need
To ask your protection against the 2019 N-Corona Virus,
That has claimed lives
And has affected many.

We pray for your grace
For the people tasked with studying the nature and cause
Of this virus and its disease
And of stemming the tide of its transmission.
Guide the hands and minds of medical experts
That they may minister to the sick
With competence and compassion,
And of those governments and private agencies
That must find cure and solution to this epidemic.

We pray for those afflicted
May they be restored to health soon.

Grant us the grace
To work for the good of all
And to help those in need.

Grant this through our Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son,
Who lives and reigns with You, in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
God, forever and ever. Amen.

Mary Help of all Christians, pray for us.
