I’ll have to take a visit some time.
This NEIPA they’ve got has been dry hopped heaps which makes is nice and hazy. Plenty of citrus and like notes throughout and a low bitterness. Easy drinking.

Rocking out my new t-shirt I got from and pairing it with this gorgeous beer!

“Chlorophyll more like Borophyll”
Skipping all the science lessons these guys have nailed a beauty of a DDH hazy IPA.
A metric tonne of hops thrown in, soft mouthfeel and a balanced bitterness. This is deliciously juicy and tropical!

Irish Red Ale
Pouring a dark ruby red. Biscuity and toffee malt notes. Extremely smooth and low on bitterness makes this a very easy beer with plenty of flavour.
Warning! It could be too delicious!

Man, oh man! I loved this beer so much. Pity I didn’t get more to be honest.

American IPA
“Dances with hops”
A solid malt backbone to fill the mouth. The 5 US hops used give a firm bitterness with plenty of tropical fruit and pine flavours

Another great brew from Tassie! UK IPA
Punching at 6.8% this is a 2 standard can. Love it. Sip it. Enjoy it. Lovely deep malts and hops that give it a nice full mouthfeel.

T is for Tea on Tuesday
Had the “Spicy Cough” the other week and it really knocked me around. But I’m much better now and my Tea Rex mug helped a treat.
Earl Grey IPA
Very subtle notes of tea throughout but overall still a delicious IPA. And check out that can art. Very intricate! WOW

Delicious thing it is. Although not quite red in appearance it has everything a red IPA should have and more. Malty and deep. Yum

Now I’m not too big of a cider fan but these couple really surprised me. Still not for me but some really great flavours. Strong and better yet, low of sugar!

I was lucky enough to get some samples from and what a pleasure they both were.
Green - a full flavoured, American styled pale ale with plenty of hoppy character and a nice maltiness. A great pale ale.
Yellow - an IPA that ticks all the boxes of what it should be. Citrusy, piney, fruity, malty, hoppy and bitter. Perfect.

Can you see it? The camouflage is working a treat!
Ginger & Ginger Beer, a ginger beer that is easily drinkable, not overpowering and still perfectly tasty.
Try and find the tiger stripes next time you’re in store.

The bartender said this Belgian bushman strong ale tastes like Christmas in your mouth and they were not wrong. All the flavours that you could imagine in one beer. Delicious and very strong.
Hobart was such a pleasure to spend several days exploring.

Miamba Shiraz 2019
Easy pick when it comes from the Borossa.
I’m still fairly new to red wine but enjoying every glass I pour. This one was another great one in my opinion. I could go on about tasting notes but everyone is different, try it for yourself. Bring it to your xmas gathering and let everyone try.

The Haze
This modern hazy pale ale is juicy and tropical with a smooth mouthfeel and a strong presence of US hops. Really quite enjoyable and not overpowering.

Both of these beers are absolute belters with a ballad of flavours. They are…
‘BEST ENJOYED LOUD’’WITH OR WITHOUT YOU’
‘You Am IPA’ is pale gold and a delicious IPA with tropical fruity notes of mango, rock melon and pawpaw.
‘Irish Red Ale’ has 3 main malts that create its colour. Golden syrup aromas and a tinge of fruity appeal finishing with a subtle dry sweetness

All that honeycomb goodness with all the magical nitro madness! What a concoction to be enjoyed on such a special day.

Finally got around to posting some reviews of these guys,
Thanks again to .vander for supplying me with some of your best choices.

‘HOT DAM’ spirit 2 session lager
Now this is a very smash-able lager that I could enjoy all day. Full bodied and full of flavour. An extremely Sessionable beer coming in at only 1 standard drink. If you are needing to count the tinnies you’re drinking, this one is perfect

‘Ginja Ninja’ ginger beer
Now This one had me confused, it’s like something between a ginger beer and a cider. Definitely not complaining as I enjoyed every drop. It uses real apples from the Barlow region which explains the cider taste. Still got the ginger flavours and surprisingly complimented by the cider tang

Velvet Luxe Stout
I’ve been really jumping on the stout bandwagon lately and loving every one of them. This one again does not disappoint.
It’s smooth, it’s velvety and the subtle chocolate just tops it off. Luxurious if you ask me
