So friend, what have you been reading lately??
I've made a goal to reread some of the absolute classics out there, as I've forgotten most of them 🙃 I started this one by Ernest Hemingway, my favourite author, before I left to Pakistan. And, of course, I've had to start from the beginning again! 😳
I used to be such an avid reader- an expensive habit for sure. I could read a full book during my night shifts at the hospital. Now I keep most of my reading to reference books, and have taken more to movies instead.
But alas, reading is such huge part of my heart, and it's so meditative. This time around, I've given in to reading on my iPad and Kindle recently to save on this pricey hobby. But nothing beats a good old fashioned book in my eyes 👀

Returning home after my long trip to Pakistan has been quite an adjustment for me. Not only physically, but also mentally.
I, undoubtedly, needed my trip to regain insight into my priorities, and perspectives. At the risk of sounding cliche, I did find myself again. And for that, I'm ever grateful. 🙏
