Official EPA range figures have been issued for the Mustang Mach-E GT and the GT Performance Edition and, shockingly, have succeeded prior estimates. Initial range expectations of 250 miles for the GT and 235 miles for the GT Performance Edition have been increased to 270 miles and 260 miles, respectively. With GT reservations making up over half of all Mach-E orders, Ford will be delighted with the early signs of what looks to be a solid fully-electric SUV.
The news comes as the Mach-E GT ($61,000 USD) and GT Performance Edition ($66,000 USD) prepare for North American deliveries set to begin in Q4 2021.
