Ernie & the Big Newz was written by my childhood idol and grandfather, Ernie Anastos. The book is about how Ernie’s dream of becoming a television news reporter became a reality and it also details his incredibly adventurous first day on the job in New York City🗽📺

Time for takeoff⏰🚀

Shared a special time recording a new song about ascending to new heights with my soul brothers & in the studio🎙🛫

I always take pride in repping my guy while doing anything that pertains to following my dreams🤝💧

During the fall of 2020, I was at the lowest point of my life. I was living in Oregon as a television news anchor and reporting on Corona, politics, and everything negative in the news… all stuff I had zero passion for.

At the time, Back 9 Bri had recently started his social media outlet, and right away, it inspired the hell out of me because he was just being his 100% authentic self in all of his podcasts and videos. You could tell that this man was ALIVE and I wanted to feel like that again because a settled life is a wasted life… Re2pectfully.

He was putting out genuine content like it was nothing… and as soon as I started to follow along, I instantly became a fan and then decided that I wanted to do what I want and talk about what I want with no restrictions, just like him.

After a few months of plotting my escape, I was able to find my way back home in early 2021 and the rest is history✅

Shout-out to Brian and every pioneer out there who’s showing us that your dream can become your reality if you take action, lean into uncertainty, lock in on what matters, ditch everyone who doesn’t get it and move on from everything that’s holding you back.

Stay creative, stay consistent, and f*ck what they think‼️✈️
