Over the last few weeks, as we moved in on a new year, I’ve heard preachers, politicians, and so many others testify that we are living in precarious times, dark times, dire times, times like the 1960’s in the United States, “hot mess of division”, some though have even said great times, the beginning of the “golden age”. These are folks on all sides of the political spectrum in the United States and all perspectives and denominations of Christianity. It’s been these testimonies that have led me to agree with a brother-in-the-Lord who shared with me that we must begin to learn about, think in line with, and act like Pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer. A man, an example in Christ, I have often studied, quoted, talked about, taught about, and wrote about.

I know that there has been "excessive documentation" regarding what is going on in Israel and Palestine. That is to make the otherwise generally ignorant public aware and to provide ongoing resources for those who want to understand what exactly is taking up constant media and social media attention, the passion of many, etc.

That being said, years ago, I compiled a resource based on my learnings and experience with the Israeli - Palestinian conflict, as a bible student, as a missionary delegate to the region, as a pastor, and a human being.
