I didn't know anything about bipolar disorder, other than it had a really bad rap. I was confused and scared and didn't know what to say other than "ok". Just months earlier I was diagnosed with 4 autoimmune diseases.

This is a poem I wrote after a long night struggling with bipolar depression. The struggle is real. Shout out to all my fellow warriors out there.
