Sarangkot is known for panoramic Himalayan views of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Manaslu. It also provides an expansive view of the city of Pokhara, from the extreme north to the south including the Phewa Lake. Tourists drive up the hill to watch the sunrise from the view tower at the top.

You can visit Sarangkot at all times of day but it's most remarkable at dawn or dusk when the beautiful pastel colours light up the mountains. There are two places you can visit: the viewpoint and the summit. From the viewpoint, you can see some mountains in the Annapurna range and Dhaulagiri range.

Wake up early in the morning and take the 25-minute scenic drive to reach the beautiful hill of Sarangkot, one of the most popular Himalayan viewing points in Pokhara, towering at an altitude of 1600 meters. The hill offers a spectacular and mesmerizing sunrise view over the famous Himalayan mountain range.

Clear skies are most ideal for a beautiful sunrise in Sarangkot (or at least good visibility) and the chances for that are best in autumn (September, October, November) and spring (March, April, May).

টাঙ্গুয়ার হাওর বাংলাদেশের সিলেটের সুনামগঞ্জ জেলায় অবস্থিত একটি হাওর। প্রায় ১০০ বর্গকিলোমিটার এলাকা জুড়ে বিস্তৃত এ হাওর বাংলাদেশের দ্বিতীয় বৃহত্তম মিঠা পানির জলাভূমি । স্থানীয় লোকজনের কাছে হাওরটি নয়কুড়ি কান্দার ছয়কুড়ি বিল নামেও পরিচিত।

Tanguar Haor is one of the biggest lake in Bangladesh. Lot of Beel (most of the time those land watered), River and swamp area all together makes Tanguar Haor. Taker Ghat ,Jadukata River , Barik tila are most beautyful place in Tanguar Haor . Tanguar haor also famous for migratory birds.
