At our investigation of Fort Douglas military museum I was using the sketch feature on the camera and going through the evidence review I saw what could have been a face in a pic. This needed to be confirmed considering how difficult the museum is to investigate. The glass,portraits, sculptures and mannequins are everywhere and could easily cause a false positive.
In This case matrixing is the absolute perfect fit.

2nd photo is the sketch image

3rd the face that caught my attention.

It's important to be sure it's unexplained and in this case its the photograph on the wall. The lines and tones created the image of a face that our brains are wired to see.
I just thought it was a cool debunk I wanted to share.

So glad we went back to the museum today for a follow up. We had some evidence that was intriguing but unfortunately debunked.
We have to be true to ourselves sometimes and really accept the facts as opposed to what we think or what we want to be true.

Hero or Villain?

Porter Rockwell operated the Hot Spring, Hotel, and Brewery at the Point of the Mountain in Bluffdale, Utah, after the pioneers settled the Salt Lake Valley in the 1800s. The hot spring lake is still around today; however, we're convinced it's haunted by the ghosts of Rockwell's past.

Legend has it Rockwell once said, "I never killed anyone who didn't need killing." Some say he was a loyal and faithful religious man. Others argue he was a murderous gunslinger, whereas to some, he will always be the Jebediah Springfield of Bluffdale. Love him or hate him, Porter Rockwell had genuine ties to this beautiful lake. Well this one is interesting, the Humm sound that sounds like a generator started moments before we made this recording. The clip sounds like it says "Oliver" at the 1:01 mark the clip in the comments was recorded a little over a minute later and the spirit talker says Oliver....let us know what you think.

I wanted to share a story of validation I found really interesting.
Before we began the investigation of Fort Douglas we did things a little different. Two of the people along for the adventure one being Roni have shown that they have an interesting gift. So they made some notes of things they felt would be important or things we may find at the Fort. This one in particular was so cool because both of them felt and saw in their head the same thing. A woman in a purple dress. As we were investigating we found this along the way!!!
There is a twist as well, turns out our host and museum curator worked at the Rio Grand Station in Salt lake were wouldn't you know is supposedly haunted by a woman in a purple dress..
We are currently working on any connections but I just found it to be very cool experience.
A military museum that has a figure in a purple dress, who would have guessed that?...

SECOND CLIP IN COMMENTS

LONG BUT PLEASE READ.

This is the first time I encountered this interesting feature on my trail cam.
I was going over evidence review and found a few clips that were empty. Obviously being that I was investigating for ghosts,spirits or spectors however you want to describe the invisible, I was thrilled! I thought, WOW my camera went off with nothing in frame!!! Exciting right!!
Now the reality...just like I always do I start the process of debunking or explaining what I've found.
I started looking at time stamps and trying to place where everyone was and the time the video was taken. I noticed myself and other investigators in frame only seconds prior. That got me thinking.
The clips record at 10 seconds so I'm assuming the camera pauses to reset for recording again. I'm guessing what's happening is the camera is setting for reset at the same time it registered movement but I had cleared frame and recording resumed.
It's just theory because I can't find the info on the pause or glitch however you want to describe it.
I'm sure it's not news to everyone because some probably have this info already but I wanted to share what I found because I'm 90% sure this is the cause.
Hopefully this is correct and you guys can learn from my soul crush..lol...I thought I had a ghost!!!! 😁👻 SECOND CLIP IN THE COMMENTS

Added another temp rigging to this set up. I will make it more permanent later on. So now I have this piece equipped with a digital camera, 4k camcorder, Phasm full spectrum light and a laser pattern. I can't wait to test it out

We wanted to say thank you for a wonderful 2022. This year was full of amazing experiences, meeting new friends, and teaming up with some of the most amazing people and friends.

Here is a fun one! We investigated Fort Douglas Cemetery just before veterans day, and had a great time!
The photos are taken with our camera that provides a pencil art feature we have been expirementing with and maybe we captured something. Let us know what you think of this.
I hesitate to say what we think we see but I will say it can't be replicated in that area of the Cemetery.
