hello again toronto 🧸💫✨

everytime i fly my back hurts so much im thinking of getting business class or first class seats next time but theyre so expensive 🫠💸 this is just a 5hr trip, imagine a 15-20hr flight + layovers 💀

my eye condition has flared up again so im on medicated eyedrops but the most important one is always out of stock in pharmacies!! im fortunate i got the last 5ml bottle at a nearby pharmacy and im currently hunting for the next bottles bc ill be on this med for months 🕵‍♀️🔎

my rheumatologist prescribed me stronger meds, to which both my family dr and opthalmologists agree, but we're still waiting for lab results bc i need to prove im "healthy" enough to be on it lol but hopefully ill be on it soon, it's just 2 self-injections every 2wks so i prefer that over daily pills. this one's supposed to make my pain go away so i can finally have a normal painless ordinary life but idek bc the adverse effects were 💀 oh well we're taking it one painful day at a time.

despite this i was able to fly to toronto w my papa for my brother’s competition!! i almost lost my voice cheering lolol but he won 12 medals in total!! 💪💪💪

we ate our celebratory dinner at 🍰✨️ and ofc i bought books bc what is travel without books as ~souvenirs~ 🫡🫡 i got the latest volumes of spy x family, and its official guide book 📚✨️im watching the second season and it's great to finally see the cruise arc animated!!

my purchase from Dear Self Beauty arrived uwu ✨️✨️✨️ the aquaface im using is almost empty, so i got one for myself, one for my man, and one for my papa who also uses my dsb aquaface bc he likes that it doesnt leave a white cast on his face nor white stains in the car (happened when we all slathered a diff sunscreen once and the car was white all over 😅🫣) def use aquaface bc for that no-whitecast, sun-protected skin!! 🌤🌊✨️

also got me some blurmattes, deargloss, and dearlip! plus a pouch bc ofc my bags need more cute organizers 🎀🌸🫧 i also got their winter-themed box—i know it's summer still but 🤷🏻‍♀️🪻✨️

also thanks to my mans for taking the pics!! 🫡and my man, thank you to my man🎵

i started reading at 2. started school at 3. all thanks to my papa who taught me at a young age👨‍👦✨️ my childhood book was the bible, and it's the book i still read in my late 20s!! my fave bible story is prob the fiery furnace 🔥❤️

another childhood book of mine is ella enchanted!! i loved it so much when i was younger, and i still love it now 🧚‍♀️✨️✨️

i definitely got my love of books from my papa 🧸❤️✨️he also had a home library, and i used to read this super thick medical encyclopedia and honestly that thing traumatized me, literally pictures of surgeries and wounds and all the things a kid shouldnt see lol idk but i wanted to be a doctor before so reading a medical encyclopedia was fun, albeit traumatizing 🤣😅

my dad sees my posts so, thanks papa!! ❤️❤️❤️ thank u for reading the bible to me, for sharing ur love of books w me, and for buying me books even until today hihi i love you papa ❤️❤️❤️

🐈‍⬛️ are you a dog person or a cat person?🐩

🛖📖✨ cozy bookish moments in my home office & studio!! it's been so sunny and warm these days im loving it sm 🥺🥺 summer is definitely my fave season (in this city lol) ☀️🌻 i wish i could go to the pool but im sick and in pain still, called an er doctor and also scheduled an appt w my gp. fam was telling me to go to the er for pain but i dont want to go just so i can wait 8hrs for an extra strength tylenol 🫠 oh well, we'll see i guess since the dr from last night told me to go to the er if the pain becomes unbearable 🤷🏻‍♀️

anyways!!
