Lauren lives and breathes the data depths of monitoring and evaluation. Poking holes in the decision making and biases that lead us to interpret data through our own assumptions. After eight years in the humanitarian and peacebuilding sectors, she dived into consulting for not for profits. She’s a creative (never too far from some brown string), a long-time French learner and a wildly competitive netball player.

After over a decade specialising in organisational development and a nearly done PhD, Teia (a relentlessly curious serial dissenter) ventured into consultancies. As a Transformation Specialist (more meaningless sector jargon), Teia works with clients to reacquaint themselves with their values and close the rhetoric-reality gap. In her free time, Teia contemplates the mysteries of the universe while perusing the aisles of her local DIY shop in search of more containers: all sizes and shapes welcome.
