God predestined you to do something brilliant in the world. He’s calling you to fulfill destiny and He wants to reveal His glory through you to the world.

Hey You, Water Walker!

Jesus disciples experienced miraculous provision to a terrifying encounter in Matthew 14. Jesus instructed them to get in the boat and go ahead of Him.

Pay attention...

The disciples were in God's perfect will but was about to encounter a perfect storm.

Can you think of a time when you had a radical encounter with God and then had a terrifying experience and thought it was the enemy?

Me.✋🏾

The fact of the matter is Jesus was inviting the disciples to another miraculous encounter with Him and maybe He's inviting you as well.

Maybe that situation you're experiencing is an invitation to transformation.

I want to encourage you today to keep walking on water. Don't look to the left or to the right but keep your eyes on Jesus.

Jesus may be inviting you into a fresh encounter with Him.

The spirit of fear is a destiny assassin that comes to steal, kill, and destroy our destiny.

We often hear the cliché that faith is the opposite of fear but that is far from the truth and let me tell you why.

2 Timothy 1:7 (NKJV) declares, "For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."

So what's the opposite of fear? Power, love and a sound mind.

The spirit of fear comes to destroy destiny relationships so that we can stay in isolation where the enemy torments our mind.

The spirit of fear comes to destroy destiny assignments so that we never become and discover the capacity of who we were created to be.

The spirit of fear comes to destroy decisions in an attempt control the outcome so that we will submit to fear and not the spirit of the Lord (basically disobedience).

FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real.

If you are struggling with fear here are a few tips on how to overcome:

1. Receive God's love because perfect love casts out fear. 1 John 4:18 (TPT) declares, "Love never brings fear, for fear is always related to punishment. But love's perfection drives the fear of punishment far from our hearts. Whoever walks constantly afraid of punishment has not reached love's perfection.

2. Cast down every imagination and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God and bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:5

3. Do it afraid. We are not controlled by our emotions but by the spirit of the Lord.

STORY TIME:

When I was a little girl, I was very outspoken, boisterous, and would quickly give my two cents (sometimes without being asked). Because of this, I was yelled at, told to "shut up" and called names that damaged my self-esteem.

In reality, the enemy was attempting to shut my mouth at a young age and cause me to walk in a false identity by releasing a spirit of fear and perfection.

For years, I would shrink to fit in. I struggled with my identity. I feared public speaking. And was a habitual hider.

But Jesus stepped right on in and said, "Lazarus (me), come forth".

So, if you are anything like me and can relate to my story, Jesus is speaking to you today saying...

📢 "LAZURUS, COME FORTH!"

The same power that raised Jesus from the dead, lives on the inside of you.

So...

RESURRECT your voice! It carries an unusual sound that is needed in the earth today.

RESURRECT your purpose! You were created for such a time as this.

RESURRECT your calling. People are assigned to you and are waiting for you to release their destiny.

RESURRECT your faith. If God placed the desire in you, He will give you the provision.

Dear Generational Curse Breaker,

The breaker's anointing of the Holy Spirit is upon you. You were created to remove heavy burdens and bondages and dismantle every point of agreement and partnership with the powers of darkness in your generational bloodline.

The opposition you feel is not by happenstance, you were appointed to restore generational blessings back to your bloodline.

Your journey may feel lonely at times but do not be afraid. The Lord is with you. He has given you the authority to trample over snakes, scorpions, and all powers of the enemy for nothing will harm you.

Keep choosing freedom. God is going to blow your mind through your obedience.

You are utterly A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.

Hey!!! There are lots of beautiful new faces on here, so I figured I'd re-introduce myself!

My name is Sierra Collins and I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and currently reside in the DMV.

I am the youngest sibling and I use to think I was the boss of everyone in my household. Can you imagine how much trouble I got in with my parents?😂 Seriously, God made me wise beyond my years.

I am an Entrepreneur. I stepped out on faith and launched my first coaching program last year and I am finally putting that expensive MBA to use.

I am a Civil Rights Practitioner and my specialty is Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. I help organizations cultivate equitable, diverse and inclusive work environments.

I love everything about Destiny....I guess that's why I am Destiny Coach. I love to unpack and discover hidden treasures inside of others and help them walk out their destiny.

I was a teenage mom. My son will be 19 years old in a few months and I still can't believe that God allowed me to raise such an amazing human being (with the help of my village).

I love music and road trips when I'm alone. Holy Spirit usually sits in the passenger seat and speaks to me so clearly.

I love fashion. My closet is one of my favorite places in my home.😆

I love sugar and butter cookies. If I could eat cookies for every meal and not gain a pound...I absolutely would.❤️

We live in a society where everyone expects instantaneous, rapid and quick results for just about any and everything. We seem to rush the process because we desire more. I get it! We want to create a life that we love. We desire purpose, thriving relationships, businesses, careers, and ministries. And all of those things are great because God is a giver of good gifts but DON’T RUSH THE PROCESS.

Truth be told, I have "pity parties" at times. I question God because I haven't seen the full manifestation of what He promised.
⁠
I KNOW...I KNOW...

If you are religious, you’re probably cringing at this moment because I question God. But to be honest, a relationship with God (and anyone else) requires two-way communication.

So if you're overwhelmed with the magnitude of your God-given vision and have not seen its full manifestation; remember, God is working out the details and positioning your destiny helpers.

While you wait, serve God with a pure heart and He will do the rest. I pray you find peace in Isaiah 40:31 KJV:⁠

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. ⁠

I remember the first time I invested in a 5 figure coaching program for my business. I was so nervous yet excited. However, within the second month, I started to lose momentum. And let's just say, I wasted my hard earned resources on a coaching program that I did not complete or get a return on investment. ⁠
⁠
Truth be told: I was a course ju**ie and a hoarder of information and didn't produce results from the information I obtained. ⁠
⁠
Back then, I didn't understand why I was so inconsistent at attempting entrepreneurship. After all, I had a successful career and managed to obtain a MBA as single mom. ⁠
⁠
Sure! I can do this entrepreneurial thing. I knew I was called. I knew I had a purpose. I knew I was set apart. ⁠
⁠
But I tried to skip the process. I was success driven vs. purpose driven and I needed to heal my past to gain clarity about who God really called me to be. ⁠
⁠
Do you believe that you are called to accomplish something really significant but struggle to break the cycle of inconsistent behavior? ⁠
⁠
If so, you may need to heal your soul to unleash your full potential. ⁠

The absolute best part of what I do everyday is telling my testimony. I love to help purpose driven women heal their soul and position them to chase their destiny. ⁠

At first, I was intimidated by the thought of spilling all my tea. I literally had several conversations with God and finally surrendered to the fact that He gave me ALL the tea (experiences, mistakes, etc.) to share with the world so that many can be transformed. ⁠
⁠
In fact, the Bible says, "And they overcame by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death." Revelation 12:11 KJV⁠

I am an OVERCOMER because of Jesus Christ! ⁠

While you're crushing your goals in 2021, it is important that they are aligned with your DESTINY. I would really be disappointed if you wasted your time, efforts and resources and have to go back to the drawing board. Here are 10 tips to help you kick off 2021:⁠

1. Seek Holy Spirit for your strategy and blueprint; ⁠
⁠
2. Schedule daily prayer and devotion; ⁠
⁠
3. Heal your Soul;⁠
⁠
4. Make DESTINY decisions that are aligned with your Purpose; ⁠
⁠
5. Get a Mentor or Coach;⁠
⁠
6. Set realistic goals and expectations to be prevent negative emotions that will make you likely to quit; ⁠
⁠
7. Schedule your social media engagement. Too much time on social media will cause you to doubt your progress and compare yourself to others. Comparison paralyzes your DESTINY;⁠

8. Recruit DESTINY-MINDED individuals who are committed to the vision and will help you build;⁠
⁠
9. Stay focused, ignore the noise and renew your mind with the Word of God; and⁠
⁠
10. HAVE FAITH. You can do it!!!⁠

Being new in business I knew I would have to be very clear on "why me" and what makes me different...

Why me??? Here's a few reasons:
⁠
1. I am real and relatable⁠
2. I am transparent ⁠
3. I've been through the process. (lost and found) (broken and healed)⁠
4. My superpower is to help women heal, discover identity, pursue purpose and chase destiny.⁠
5. I am a trained and certified Coach.⁠
6. I have an authentic relationship with God and my wisdom comes from Holy Spirit. ⁠
7. I have transformed of women who is now has clarity and walking into purpose.⁠
⁠
What makes me different?⁠
⁠
1. I am a Destiny Coach and Deliverance Minister. ⁠
2. I challenge false beliefs and mindsets that keep them stuck.⁠
3. I take them through deliverance to help them get free demonic oppression and strongholds.⁠
4. I walk with them through each phase of self-discovery. ⁠
5. I want their soul healed while chasing destiny.⁠
⁠
Knowing who you are and what makes you different is a part of being confident! Own it, cause if you don't, neither will anyone else!

One of the biggest tricks of the enemy is to deplete our self-confidence by reminding us of past mistakes and failures. It is important to guard our thoughts and cast down imaginations that exalt itself against the knowledge of God. ⁠
⁠
At one point in my life, the enemy reminded me of my past mistakes and failures and I would feel so much guilt and shame. I went through moments of depression and believed I wasn't worthy of God's love or love from anyone else.⁠
⁠
That enemy is a destiny assassin. His plan was to deplete my self-confidence and overcome my mind with thoughts of inadequacy, fear, guilt, and shame. ⁠
⁠
Today, I am walking in confidence, pursuing purpose and chasing destiny because I discovered who I really am in God. My confidence is not in myself but in God who will do exceedingly and abundantly above all I can ask or think.⁠
⁠
I love the woman I am becoming.⁠
⁠
Here are some tips I used to walk in the confidence of God:⁠
⁠
1. Remember your identity. You are seated in Heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Ephesians 2:6⁠
⁠
2. Put on the full armor of God. Ephesians 6:10-18⁠
⁠
3. Cast down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. 2Corinthians 10:5.⁠
⁠
4. Receive God's perfect love. 1John 4:18 ⁠
⁠
5. Be kind and stop being hard on yourself. God will perfect that which concerns you. Psalms 138:8⁠

Today, remember that you are beautiful, worthy and most important, you are not alone!

I love to journal and journaling is apart of daily routine. What's interesting is I have two separate journals....

I have a personal and business journal. My personal journal is used during prayer and devotion and my business journal is used when Holy Spirit gives me strategy and plans for our business. Now, two journals aren't necessary but I highly recommend if you want to keep your personal and business relationship with God separate and intentionally crush your personal and business goals. ⁠
⁠
If you desire to journal or want to remain more consistent here are few tips:⁠
⁠
1. Remember journaling is about quality time spent with God and about just recording your thoughts and desires.⁠
⁠
2. Get into a quiet place, listen to Holy Spirit and journal what He is speaking to your spirit. ⁠
⁠
3. Listen to instrumental worship music. ⁠
⁠
4. If you are an entrepreneur, keep a separate journal for personal and business. God is Father and CEO. It is good to establish boundaries and it can be difficult to intermingle a personal and business relationship. ⁠
⁠
5. Write the vison and make it plain. Habakkuk 2: 2 KJV says, Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. ⁠
