Dr. Nicole McNichols of the University of Washington via Psychology Today postures that “…given the apparent importance of human touch, one question may be how to introduce more of it into your life...” and in my humble experience, the after-effects of professional massage are similar to the high of a drug without the implications and/or impairment. I’m getting an injury focused one tonight and I recommend that you get one soon too!

Sometimes I will write about my life experiences or other times thoughts and opinions about the things!

My writings will be lengthy as an essay at times and shorter than a sentence at others. This practice is just for fun, and to build a community that might lead up to a book (or three) one day. ♥️
