On today’s show, Aaron and I were joined by Ty Davison, Director of the Shenandoah Ambulance Service; and Matt Sells, CEO of the Shenandoah Medical Center. The passing of legislation for EMS (Emergency Medical Services) to become an essential service was a large step in the right direction to give help to a local, state and federal problem with their funding. EMS currently does not receive tax funding for their services. SAS (Shenandoah Ambulance Service) recently received a new ambulance due to local grants, fundraisers and donations.
