We've heard the concept of "just let it go and move on." It's usually spoken to bring peace or acceptance, and it's one saying that it's easier said than done.
Humans tend to fight the urge to feel something, especially when it's emotionally or physically painful. We generally want to remove this feeling as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot escape the human experience.
We must allow ourselves to feel the range of emotions fully, process these situations further, feel what's coming up, and then heal.
In this episode, the fellas share their experiences navigating this process and from feeling the emotions to allowing the letting go and accepting process to flow, ultimately moving with situations or turbulence in our inner world much more smoothly.
