I don't care about taking breaks because this is what I signed up for. It is healthy for mom to have some time to herself once in a while. For me a spa day or something. But I will add to this, a mothers JOB/WORK is not a break.
Cleaning is not a break.
Showering alone is not a break.
Going to the bathroom is not a break.
Grocery shopping is not a break.
These are basic chores, and hygiene.
Stop normalizing moms only getting “breaks” when they do those things. THOSE ARE NOT BREAKS. But you expect them to be grateful, and refreshed after basic hygiene and chores? This, this is why moms are run down, exhausted, and overstimulated.

I keep being paired with him. Maybe he progresses more with me. This client never had an issue with me, but unfortunately is being transferred to a focused clinic due to his aggressive, emotional behavior. He asked me to draw his favorite sonic exe characters.. I still work with him today but I wish him the best when he transfers and looks towards a bright future

Note to self: I don't know how you do it.. Small circle. Small trust. Survival mode. Doing what's best for yourself and the ones who depend on you. Huge decisions. Trial after trial. There's no time for reflection just act. It'll be rewarding later. Keep going
