Being a great father is a bittersweet journey of hard work, sacrifice, and joy. The sacrifices you make to provide for your family may be tough, but seeing the smiles on their faces and the love in their eyes makes it all worth it. Cherish every moment spent with your loved ones, for time is fleeting and every memory is priceless. Remember, the legacy of a great father is not measured in the things he gives his children, but in the time, he spends with them.

Song will be 1 year old this coming Saturday and I return to work on Monday after 12 weeks of PFL. Honestly it wasn’t enough time but I do have this to say, It should be mandatory for a father to bond with his child regardless of the amount of time. Father’s look forward to bonding with your children it’s hard and we don’t give our mothers the proper recognition that they rightfully deserve. Becoming a new parent and being a parent can be a frightening experience or thought. No one is perfect and we need to treat each other and ourselves with kindness and respect always. Challenging moments breeds stronger and deeper bonds. Stay tru to yourself and your family and relationships. Like Bob Marley said “Baby don’t worry, about a thing. Cuz every little thing is going to be alright!”
