Re: Unauthorized Use of Our Guyanese Artist known as Jackie Jaxx’s s Song - "Guyana”
I am writing to bring to your attention the unauthorized use of Jackie Jaxx’s song, "[Guyana]," in your [advertisement celebration]. This use constitutes copyright infringement and is a serious violation of the artist's rights.
The artist has not granted permission for the use of their work, nor have they received any compensation for its exploitation. We demand that you:
1. Immediately cease and desist from using the song.
