The world is shifting: We're in the era of 'Identity Capital'. 💡

For the first time in history, individuals have the upper hand. 💪

You have the potential to hit harder online than a company with billions of dollars of advertising budget!

The key word there is 'POTENTIAL'.

Here is my 5-step guide on how to become an iconic thought leader:

1) Have a clear problem you address
2) Be a relatable human - tell stories
3) Don't be afraid to have opinions
4) Offer real value in small bites
5) Have an easy 'next step'

I believe that you have what it takes to be a leader in your industry!

The world desperately needs visionaries that are going to move it forward.

He wants to refund me because his wife is offended. 🤣😳

I recently had one of the most confusing scenarios play out...

My lovely wife, Sarah, was making a purchase online.

The person she was buying from had a really confusing story, but she wanted the products, so we went ahead with it.

A couple days later, there's been no response, so we mention that we are not feeling safe.

Next thing, the seller drops the response:

"My wife is offended with you, send your banking details for a refund"

For a second, we were so confused...

This quickly turned into a rather amused conversation, though 😛🤣

As much as it may not have been a very emotionally mature way to deal with things, it did get me thinking...

How often have you turned an offer down because it didn't align with your values?

As odd as it was, there is something powerful about turning money down... 🤑 ❌

Being clear on who you want to serve and the value you are wanting to bring to the table is essential!

It seems counterintuitive, but turning the wrong client down leaves space for you to connect with the right one.

Let's make 2024 a year of working with "the right type of people".

You are NOT one in a million! Yes, you read that right. You're not even one in a thousand...

You are literally the only 'you' that has even existed in the entire history of the human race!

Is that important, though? Does it matter?

My response to this would be:

"I don't know. Does it? You tell me..."

That piece of information is only really relevant if you do something with it.

As the world continues to develop and expand, more and more people are looking for solutions to problems that haven't ever existed before.

Some of these problems are ones you know how to solve.

Perhaps you are one of a thousand people who can solve them.

What actually matters the most, is whether or not you are the one they can connect to for a solution to be found.

If that cannot happen, then there's not actually a solution for that one particular person at all.

You don't need to solve 8 billion problems.

You are "the 1" for somebody out there looking to solve a problem...get out there and matter to them!
