Last week, DOT + DIODE had the incredible privilege of transforming a Deloitte boardroom into a full broadcast studio to deliver a company update to 3,000 colleagues all around the globe 🌍

Our setup included:
🎥 Broadcast-quality, Canon EMEA PTZ cameras
📺 Custom VTs and dynamic graphics
📜 Teleprompters to ensure flawless delivery
🌐 Remote guest integration in full HD via Zoom ISO
🚀 Custom animated graphics
📐 Bespoke set design and build

Working with people at the absolute top of their game is a real joy, and this project was no exception. Huge thanks to David Meade and his amazing team at Lightbulb Teams for entrusting us as their production partners, and of course to our phenomenal crew; Rachael, Jason, Phil and Alex - you’re the BEST 🙌

What went well:
✅ Seamless collaboration with the David and his team to create a polished and engaging broadcast
✅ A slick, professional delivery that showcased the strength of our team and our recent technology investments

What we’ve learned:
🔍 Refining workflows to shave off valuable rig time
📋 Exploring additional multiview for sound engineer Jason and additional client TX monitor

We’re passionate about these pop up studio productions - it’s what we love, and it’s what we’re great at. While we’re busy, we’ve got capacity to take on a couple more projects this year. 🚀 This week Dot + Diode provided full technical support for an exciting global business update alongside our client, ! 🎤✨

We built a full broadcast studio in the end client’s newly renovated London headquarters, bringing David’s vision to life and reaching over 2,500 employees around the world. 🌍💻

Our setup included:

📺 Custom VTs and dynamic graphics
📜 Teleprompters to ensure smooth delivery
🌐 Remote guest integration in full HD via Zoom ISO

🚀 What an incredible week at DOT + DIODE! Last week, we had the privilege of helping Deloitte produce a dynamic 5-day onboarding conference, and it was nothing short of phenomenal.

Here’s a glimpse of what we delivered:
🎚️ Full technical production featuring an impressive 13m LED stage set
🎨 Bespoke event branding, covering all touchpoints from screen to print, with an on-site team ready to handle last-minute tweaks to slides and videos
🎙️ A custom-built content studio, designed to maximize ROI post-event by capturing powerful conversations with our new 4k Canon PTZ Cameras (which are my new favourite thing in the world)
🎥 An exceptional videography team
📷 A stellar photography team (check out some of their fantastic work! 👇)
👩‍💻 A dedicated on-site edit team, turning around daily videos and images that delegates shared on social media
🕹️ A Retro Games night, featuring a multitude of arcade games from days gone by 🤓
🎉 A show-stopping celebration evening with a live band, DJ, Magician, and, of course, the cherry on top... ice cream! 🍦

Last week we delivered a project we’ve been working on for a few months now with the ever brilliant (British Small Animal Veterinary Association) 🐶🐱

DOT + DIODE produced 2 days of CPD qualifying training for vets at the BSAVA annual conference.

Through a combination of live acting, dramatised videos, clinical CPD, paraprofessional skills and interactive discussions, the ‘Day in the Life of’ sessions at BSAVA Congress explored how to vets and veterinary nurses can deal with real-life everyday events.

The feedback from our client and the delegates has been fantastic, so much so we’ve been invited back next year… and we can not wait! 🐕

Yesterday was a remarkable day for DOT + DIODE ! We had the pleasure of partnering with Deloitte at County Hall, with a stunning view of Westminster, to help them produce an event focused on high performance for their most senior colleagues. 🔝🥇🎬

DOT + DIODE provided content production, event branding, bespoke lanyards and event passes, beautifully designed workbooks, AV production, photography, and videography. 🚀🎤

We utilised several techniques to encourage audience participation throughout the day, including print media, QR codes, bespoke software, and good old pen and paper to keep engagement high. 🎙️🎚️📷 👩‍🎨

The hard work continues next week… We are excited to produced a suite of content to help Deloitte leverage the incredible learnings from yesterday's event across the entire business, maximizing ROI 🎥📡

It was a true pinch-me moment, and we are greatful to have been a part of such a successful event. 🙏

It’s been a busy week in the office! Here are 5 highlights of the week...

1. We produced a virtual event for a pharmaceutical company on behalf of our client. We had people dialling in from all over the world! 🌍 🖥️

2. We recorded episode 7 of a series of health-tech podcasts and produced its accompanying social marketing material. 🎙️

3. We’ve created some ✨ glitzy ✨ animated screen content for the RCN Nursing Award... as usual it’s top secret so this is all we can share! 💃

4. We unboxed some new tech 😍 🤤

5. And finally, it’s been pre-production central whilst we’ve been getting for a very exciting job next week. ✈️ 🌴 🎥 Who doesn’t love the smell of a new Peli.. (IYKYK)

🎥 Our talented video team were hard at work capturing the magic at our clients’ 5 day training course. We filmed and edited daily wrap-ups and even built a content studio right on-site, making the most of their incredible staff being with us for the week. Podcast-style videos, engaging discussions, and all the action!

👩‍💻 On-site edit team, turning around images and daily videos which were distributed via our event app to the delegates for sharing on their own Socials

🎉 An incredible celebration evening with live bands, DJs, dancers and of course... ice cream! 🍦

We have just returned from Switzerland after a fabulous few days producing social content at the Cardano Summit on behalf of First Event . We had a team of 7 on-site ensuring nothing was missed! We filmed site wide covering all of the incredible sessions, workshops spaces, networking areas, awards & parties. In our media studio we interviewed over 45 VIP delegates including the founder of Cardano & Ethereum Charles Hoskinson himself. What an incredibly inspiring few days 🙌 We want to say a huge thank you to the team and to First Event for having us along 🖤🎥🇨🇭
