PUDING LUMUT GULA MERAH by @jajan_ketje Tipsnya supaya lumut tidak terpisah, harus tunggu adonannya hangat lalu tuang ke cetakan kurang lebih 20 menit. Saya pakai loyang dengan kapasitas 1500 ml air. Masih ada sisa 1 sendok adonan yang saya tuang ke mangkuk kecil. Bahan 300 gr gula merah 2 lbr daun pandan 1 ltr air (dibagi 2, rebus pertama & dituang setelah masak) 2 kmsn bubuk agar-agar putih 2 kmsn santan instan (uk 65 gr) 1/2 sdt vanili bubuk 2 btr telur (kocok lepas) 80 ml kental manis 500 ml air Masak di api sedang, saya aduk sesekali sebanyak 3 kali.
