THING I NEVER SAID TO ME
"Things I Never Said to Myself" is a book by Thomas Gagliano, and it offers valuable life lessons and insights. While I don't have access to the specific content of the book, I can provide some general lessons that are often found in self-help and personal development literature:

1. Self-awareness: Understanding oneself and recognizing personal strengths and weaknesses.
2. Mindfulness: Being present in the moment and cultivating a sense of awareness and gratitude.
3. Resilience: Overcoming challenges and setbacks, and bouncing back from adversity.
4. Authenticity: Embracing one's true self and living in alignment with personal values and beliefs.
5. Emotional intelligence: Developing the ability to understand and manage emotions, both in oneself and in others.
6. Growth mindset: Embracing a mindset of continuous learning and personal development.
7. Self-compassion: Treating oneself with kindness and understanding, especially during difficult times.

These are just a few potential lessons that may be found in a book like "Things I Never Said to Myself." If you have specific lessons or quotes from the book that you'd like to discuss, feel free to share them with me!

Very funny Director...

Several years ago in the land where I thought I had been married.

Early in the morning, you wake up in time to see the night runner close business for the day.
Then you walk around the compound to ensure no one p**ped behind any house. Last time it happened, you were accused of doing it and you had to scoop the p**p with a spade with your nose facing Pubungu Pakwach. Maybe it would smell better if we all drunk some lemonade.

Then you walk barefoot to the grass thatched kitchen next to your parents in law's house and push the door open to release the three goats being nurtured for your bride-price and one million chicken.
Some of the chicken run blindly into you hitting their beaks on your legs' dry skin while others fly over your short body flapping their thick wings against your face. You are too tired to even scream or get off their way. You just stand there with one of your shoukders sinking sideways giving the impression of an 'academic angle' and wait for them to escape from Sobibor.

Once they are done, you walk into the kitchen and push the small window open for the ray of light to come in. You push it so hard that it flaps open, hits the outside of the hut and flips right back shutting on your face. Then you now push it in a manner that pleases the Lord and it obeys just like the Red Sea. You want to light the three stones and make breakfast. Make breakfast for adults who have woken up already but are still in their beds talking about your hairstyle, your shoes, your unemployment and your heavy accent.

They are insinuating that you are with their brother for money! What money now? You try opening your eyes wide and look for the money they are yapping about but all you see is soot! Thick black soot! The only sound you hear from the bedroom inside the main house is that of your way older sisters in law laughing "Hehehee, huhuhu" like hyenas from Botswana.
You peel cassavas with their blunt knife! You cook .......

All credits to the good proff.
It is never easy when you have to bear things that people cannot see or understand. Stop judging people you don't know or comprehend what is going on in their various lives, homes, marriages, and private businesses.

Children, please 🙏, don't ever go to social media to talk down on your parents. You have the right to disconnect from them, change your phone numbers, or not even take their calls when they are not behaving well towards you, your other parent, and siblings, but do not ever go public to disrespect any of your parents. If you can't mediate or bring them back together as "good friends" due to the deep hurt|pain, and irreconcilable differences between them, let them handle their issues while you stick to the parent who did not abandon nor neglect you and give all your love, support, and attention to that ever-present and loving parent.

My lovely children know, understand, and respect my family's rules & regulations; 'values'. You dare not disrespect your father privately or publicly no matter the height of his foolishness, carelessness, wickedness, stupidity, 'oforogiri, recklessness, negligence, and irresponsible behavior. You either choose to stay away from him, cut ✂️ off completely from him, and let him know why you took such a bold step and decision to protect your sanity, rather than all the drama. The day any of my children tries to get back at their deadbeat father rudely, that's the day that child will lose his or her full rights and benefits in my family of 4 great Sandra Duru champions! I am not such a mother who tolerates nonsense and no amount of Western exposure can change our culture and tradition.

Every irresponsible parent will enjoy the full consequences of their actions, no matter how hard they try to fight it, it's natural law and not even prayers can avert it. So, parents keep your children out of your failed unions| businesses|marriages | and relationships. Make amends fast! Before it's too late!
