Good habits are difficult to form, but easy to live with. While bad habits are easy to form, but very difficult to let go.from the moment you wake up, habits begins.. The truth about habits is that they are either making you or destroying your potential for a better and fulfilling future.. Monitor your habits, for they are the bedrock for a better, happy and joyous future.
We may have been told not to take life seriously. But you must take your life seriously. "Morning" which means while we are still young is for work, while night(old age) is for rest. That was why Jesus said " I must work the work of He that sent me while it is day. For the night cometh when no man can work" John 9vs 4. if the phone in your hand is serving a purpose,and the Apps on your phone are as well serving a crucial reasons which they were created,then your existence MUST also be for a PURPOSE. Find your life.
Money is not the issue! The absence of VALUE is the gateway to generational poverty.Those who has caught this secrets about creating wealth are the ones who don't pursue money. they focus on creating VALUE for others. When we help other people get what they need, they will give in return what we need. Becoming a person of value is the surest way to making a difference.

The newly re_adopted Anthem was written by a British expatriate known as Lillian Jean Williams who was living in Nigeria before independence.
The one you and i sang in primary and secondary school was written and composed by Nigerians whose names are online for you to check.
You see, we may have been released,but it's apparent that we haven't released ourselves.how can we be singing a national anthem of a supposedly freed nation put together by a foreigner?...

In relationship,whether between a new boss and his subordinates, an intended dating couple, in business or any arena, communication first tends to override credibility. It's usually difficult to ascertain people's credibility immediately. But as time passes CREDIBILITY then overrides communication. That's a point when deed is no longer coherent with words. They didn't changed, they only unmasked who they were. it takes time to know who people truly are..

It's not enough to say "I am working hard" because anybody can work hard. The question is, are you working hard towards a predetermined goal with a clear vision for life?. Purpose is knowing you're here for a reason. Vision gives clarity to purpose. Successful people work really hard not as laborers, but as someone whose focus is on becoming a professional in a certain chosen field.
It's not all about cracking a joke, but knowing where and when to is the key...
Pause: Joking around can cost you...
When I was a young entrepreneur, I travelled to Asia to meet a very serious group of investors with a member of my team who was very smart but had one weakness; he loved to joke around. For the most part, it was harmless and it usually put people at ease.
As we sat down to start our meeting, my colleague made a joke that was funny back home, but our host did not find it funny; actually they were not amused at all. It was a disaster!
The problem with jokes is they don’t always work when you are dealing with people from other cultures, or even with people of another generation. It is very, very risky and can take away any chance of raising capital or finding serious partners.
Ever since that incident, I realized that joking around with people should only be done after you have gotten to know them better. Personally, I don’t like joking around and I avoid being forward and familiar until the other side has shown me their comfort.
I will never forget the offense taken by a senior Nigerian business leader because a member of my team addressed him by his first name on our first meeting. He ended the meeting!
So here is my advice: If you like joking around, sharing jokes etc., just remember that in the world of entrepreneurship it can be like carrying a banner saying: “Please don’t take me seriously!”
When you meet potential investors, do everything you can to signal, “I’m serious; so serious that you can trust me with your money”.
Leave the joking to your friends at home. Stay focused, even when making comments on a platform like this one, because you never know who is reading, or who will look you up online in the future.

The primary assignment of man on earth is management. This was why God withheld rain because their was no man to tillage/cultivate/manage the ground. We tend to pray for things,but God looks at our management capacity before releasing them. Our relationships,finances, marriages ,talents etc all requires effective management,and until we're able to manage what we currently have, releasing more might lead to disaster. God don't give what you pray for, He releases what you can mange effective. Blessing too soon is not a blessing at all...
The major area God focuses on when developing leaders is CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT which takes long process...
This development period is when honesty, trust,integrity,faith, relationships with God are been built into the leader which enables him/or to keep believing what God said in the light,while everywhere seems to be dark...
These qualities,when built in, gives the leader the inherent ability to withstand inevitable challenges/ crisis life may throw at him....
Life is in process, and throughout the scripture,God has shown us that his covenant and purpose with His people never happen overnight.
While you keep your eyes on the big picture,it's pertinent to understand that character development is key to sustaining any vision...

After Adam failed, God didn't wasted time on his failures. He quickly rebuked them and strategically devised another means to restore mankind to Him by sending Jesus for the purpose of restoration. leaders and successful people don't waste time on things that aren't working. when they try things and the results aren't up to expectations,they think about other ways out. They don't throw their plans away. strategies may be changed, but plans still stands in their heart.
I was in a conversation with someone few days ago.i told him about my plans for Msc, and his advice was "why don't you enroll for a professional course, so that you can have an edge over others for job". I carefully listened to him till the end, and my response to him was" You are actually looking at it from your angle of life which is to secure and climb organizational ladder, but i am looking at it from the direction of my purpose in life which is to build my ladder"... His response was "okay".
The cheapest thing on earth is the opinions of others,and if you don't know where you're going in life, convention becomes your norm.ensure that whatever you do is the product of your own personal conclusion....
God Himself did not allow it to rain because there was no man to tillage/ cultivate/ manage/ maintain the land. So He withheld the rain until He made someone who can effectively and efficiently manage the things on the earth. We see this in Gen 2vs 5. Lack of management skills can make God to withhold what we have been praying and asking Him. We look at what we want and changing of level, but He looks at our ability to manage what we are desiring. lack of capacity could turn to disasters. A blessing so soon without the capacity to manage and sustain it is not a blessing at all. You need to develop capacity that correlates with what you praying for..
For everything you set out to achieve, there's a goliath in front of you that must be crushed. leaders identities the sacrifices that must be made,then develop discipline towards the accomplishments of their set goals.No hurdles,setback can stop a determined mind. Going with the consciousness that challenges are inevitable in the quest of life can help you to keep moving in the midst of uncertainties. You can't make a difference without going extra mile. Convention makes no room for creativity.
That the strategy you deployed for achieving the plan you have to achieve doesn't mean you should give up on your PLAN as a leader.developing another strategy may be the way out. Leaders don't just give up on what they are convinced about.Even when adam failed, God developed another strategy to redeem mankind.keep your eyes on the pig picture and never give in to temporary setbacks or defeat..
Leadership begins first with "being" but ultimately ends with "doing". True leaders touches the hearts of their people before stretching their hands for help. Followers wants to know if there leaders:
Truly cares about them or manipulating them for results purposes.
Can i rely on you?
Can i trust you?
Is my future safe with you?
Can I reach my full potential under you?
Do you care for me?
It's not all about what they are getting. But followers cares to know about there leaders' plan for them.
You must personally develop the confidence to know that your life matters. You need to develop your mind to a point where you begin to have a glimpse of the importance of your existence. Somebody somewhere which we believed breathe His breath in us as a living being decided your existence with a clear PURPOSE which must be fulfilled.The manufacturer which is God declared your existence for a purpose. As a growing leader, i am here to remind you that the potentials in you is enormous and hasn't been fully tapped.if God sent jesus here for a purpose, is it possible for Him to just create you without a purpose which must be fulfilled?.
You're a leader.
Your gift is what makes you a leader.
And until you unravel it,you never become a leader.
When Nehemiah caught God's vision for his life which was to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem, he was so bothered to the point that the king noticed it.This is a guy who was already comfortable with his job as the king's cupbearer. Your vision can make you uncomfortable to the point where action must be taken. It can cause you to change your job, friends, as well change location just as mary did by locating Elizabeth.God has a purpose for everyone,and your vision is what makes you the leader you were meant to be... Vision gives clarity to purpose...
