Today, we want to share with you not one, but two exclusive facts about the development. 🚀

🎲 Initially, the story of 'Chimera' was conceived quite differently from what we know (and love ☺️). Its plot was supposed to unfold on an unknown planet, and the protagonists were cadets of a space academy whose ship crashed. Have you started thinking about spacesuits with helmets?

🎳 It turns out that Ilai is a truly unique favorite in every aspect. Throughout his development, not a single major revision was made! Nicholas changed his image and pose, while Alistair and Janusz became regulars at the beauty salon—they were redrawn a total of three times! 😱

The countdown was ticking. If we didn't prevent the breach within a few minutes, the city would be beyond saving.
Simple arithmetic—the longer we delay, the more they multiply.
A guy ran past me on the right, and in the heartbeat between one footfall and the next, I saw one of those creatures punch its teeth into his face.
He let out a heart-wrenching scream.
Holding my breath, I took aim and fired.
The guy's body je**ed, and a wet crimson stain appeared on his shoulder, growing larger by the second.
His scream went on to pierce the air.
Her: S**t!
The guy cried out in agony, pleading for help...
But I couldn't afford to waste any more of the scarce ammunition.
Her: I'm so sorry...
Switching to cold-blooded mode, I ran on.

😏 Vivian's little mischief didn't go as planned... or perhaps it did after all... 😏

"Hovering above me, Aaran supported himself with his hands on the ground, careful not to burden me with his weight.
All that sounded was the sound of our labored breaths. I raised my gaze to meet his.
His mesmerizing green eyes held me captive, ensnaring me like quicksand from which there was no escape.
The sky faded away, the rustling leaves on the trees vanished, and the distant murmurs of voices grew distant...
At this very moment, my entire world narrowed down to a singular individual...
Aaran.
He looked down at my lips.
The air, which was already scarce between us, instantly thickened.
It transformed into electrified threads, crackling and scorching with sparks.
I couldn't remember how we ended up here.
My heart pounded desperately from the recent experience, and a wave surged inside me.
Something strong and inexplicable in its nature overwhelmed me.
I wanted to shake him off, to run away, and at the same time, I wanted to stay in this moment for as long as possible.
Something shifted within Aaran as well. Gone was the mockery or animosity in his gaze.
The crease between his eyebrows smoothed out.

⚠ Dear users! ⚠

Our application is actively growing and evolving, so we would like to share some technical plans with you for the near future.

First and foremost, we're excited to announce that the game will soon be unavailable for download and access for a few days. This is due to a legal transfer to another country. It's crucial for us to successfully grow, develop, and bring you new content that you'll enjoy.

⚡ DON'T WORRY, THE DAY COUNTER WON'T RESET DURING THIS TIME. ⚡
We will notify you one day before the transfer begins.

We also want to share our plans:

1. After the transfer, the interface in the stories will be updated. This was necessary to make our stories more atmospheric and appealing, as well as fix some issues, including:
- Inability to select a different room on some tablets
- Small font size
- Lack of stat names at the end of chapters and in the information section
- Non-intuitive interface for selecting character appearance within chapters (an important aspect before implementing wardrobe logic).

2. In two to three weeks, we will reach out to those of you who have experienced app crashes and reported them in community messages to share test versions. We hope to resolve all crash issues this month.

3. After completing task #1, we will focus on optimizing the pacing of story chapters. Once these tasks are completed, which may take one to two months, our application will be able to release new chapters at the same pace as similar apps. We aim for a release of 6-8 chapters every 1.5 months, but we'll strive to release even more.

4. Once optimization ( #2) is finished, we will start working on the wardrobe logic and races, whose visual parts are already prepared. We are working simultaneously on both tasks, meaning tasks 1 and 2 will be carried out concurrently, as well as tasks 3 and 4.

What does this mean?
- Stories will look more appealing, and the interface will be more user-friendly.
- The app will become more stable, and lag issues during chapter progression will be resolved.
- We will release updates more frequently with a larger number of chapters, BUT starting from the new year. In the meantime, we will release fewer chapters (most likely in November) but we'll strive to release as many as possible within our capabilities.
- We will introduce the wardrobe and race sprites in the November update.
