You don't need to tell us how annoying it could be after spending hours negotiating with a prospect and they end up saying "I'll get back to you." We've been there before and we know exactly how it feels. What's more annoying is that most of them never keep to their promise.
But what if something can be done about it? Yeah, what if you can actually turn those kind of prospects to customers?
Let's share with you the method we use.
1. We nurse them: Most time why people come up with the "I'll get back to you line is that they're not sure about you just yet. They doubt if they are going to get value from your offer. So they put a hold on purchase. It's is your duty to nurse them just like a flower by proving you're actually who you say you are. One of the best ways to do that is through email marketing. Send them valuable mails, testimonials, freebies etc. Also, WhatsApp is a great place to nurse clients. It makes things more personal. When they keep seeing your status about your product & services, they're one day going to slide into your. DM again.
2. Turn the table: Ask something like, "can I reach out to you on Tuesday?" That puts you in the position to get back to them. Why this is important is that sometime, the prospect may actually have the intention of getting back to you, but forgets.
3. Send reminders: Send them reminders but don't just be spammy or too pushy. You could lose them totally.
4. Urge them with a limited offer: You can also personalize the offer to make them feel the offer is just them. It works!
