When running or doing any outside type of exercise it is important that we do two things.

When running or going on jogs, it’s important that you have your mind focused on other things so that you are not constantly thinking about stopping and having a rest.

Additionally it is important to set realistic and achievable goals as well as achieve a progressive overload each time you head out.

Just a little tip for the next time you are doing your cardio workouts.

Last is C: Mushrooms with 1g of fibre

Fibre is important for weight loss due to allowing you to stay full for longer which will in turn help you eat less.

In general the darker the vegetable the more fiber it’s most likely going to have!
