West Wisconsin Play-By-Play Source Live broadcasts of Altoona, Memorial, North & Regis Sporting Events Scott Montesano leads the game coverage.

The West Wisconsin Play-by-Play Source has been started as a way to add to the rich tradition of amateur sports coverage in the Chippewa Valley. Providing game coverage that is delivered in a manner that makes all participants feel like a "major leaguer". The service is both an augmentation of existing commercial radio coverage of area football and basketball. But also covers other sports that com

mercial radio hasn't been able to reach due to budgetary restraints. He is a veteran of both minor league baseball and hockey broadcasting since the early 2000s. Future plans include providing opportunities for area high school students, as well as adult volunteers, to call games and live out their sports announcing fantasies.

Hello. Like that neighbor you rarely saw for months who suddenly begins spending their entire day working on their lawn...expect to see a lot of us once again. After broadcasting some 200 events exclusively online from 2016-2018 during the 2018-2019 season I was busy covering the Eau Claire Blugolds and Chippewa Steel.

The plan all along has been to grow the online broadcast community of the area and I'm excited to announce that going forward, WW PBP will be a part of Eau Claire Hometown Radio.

Expect WW PBP to provide a weekly radio show. If you're looking for a local show that actually talks LOCAL sports this will be your spot.

Resuming game coverage is a possibility, especially a return to covering baseball in the spring of 2020. However, at this time the focus will be on the show during the summer and developing that.
