Job Description: Project Coordinator
Requirements
Excellent communication skills both in Tamil and English
Technical degree preferably(BSc and B Tech) graduates
Full-time role for 2 months
Detail-oriented individual ensuring project is completed on time and within the budget.
Minimum 6 month experience handling project coordination.
Knowledge on working with Google workspace ( Google docs, Google sheets and Google Slides).
Responsibilities
Create milestones for project deliverables and ensure that the vendors meet the project milestones.
Draft vendor delivery policies and create summary reports.
To coordinate with the vendors and handle project issues as they arise.
Monitor the daily progress of the projects
Provide detailed updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders
Organize the reports, invoices, contracts and other financial documents for easy access
Build a strong relationship with the internal team and ensure strict compliance to quality.
Handle vendor payments
Share reports with the management periodically.
