In all our years working in the ocean we have witnessed first hand the devastating effects of plastic in our big blue back yard.

We operate with as little impact on the environment as possible and through our other creative ventures aim to spread awareness about how we can keep our seas clean for generations to come.

It's probably about time that we introduced ourselves...

We are Pat and Jo, The Coastal Creatives!
We both love the ocean, travelling and adventure.

Jo is a Dive Instructor, Yoga teacher, Event Organiser and Digital Marketer.
Pat is an Electrician, Wind Surf Instructor, Jack of all Trades and a Photographer.

After meeting in Rarotonga last year, we decided to step into one rather big adventure. We quit our jobs, leaned into the unknown and created this business so that we could follow our passions in watersports, use our skills in photography and digital marketing and capture adventure while on the road! You'll find Pat behind the Sony Lens, and Jo with an Action Cam in hand. We work together to deliver quality content for other adventure enthusiast.

We came to NZ in Nov 2023 and lived in our caravan 'Lunar' for 5 months. Unfortunately after a big cyclone hit, the caravan was a write off and we had to say goodbye to our tiny trailer that we called home. Our nomadic hearts led us to find a new tiny space to live on..... Stay tuned to hear about this new chapter of our adventure soon..!
