Relational NOT transactional ⬇️
The business owners that’ll last in this game are the ones that think in relationships not transactions.
Business is all about relationships and people first!
Stop thinking that you are entitled for results you have not earned yet.
Stop thinking of what you get out of helping your audience and spent time thinking on what you can give them.
And give something you have done or are doing!
If you’re not doing it, no wonder why people don’t feel you.
Business is simple.
Do the work required and you get rewarded for doing the work.
100% congruency!
100% alignment!
100% vibration!
Be the example of what you preach and serve exactly that!
Organising, planning, thinking about the work is not doing the work.
And all of it doesn’t have to be a struggle too, if it doesn’t feel fun, why do it at all?
If it doesn’t feel exhilarating why put yourself through it all?
If it doesn’t challenge you either, are you even growing from it?
Transactions are made when the trust is there.
Trust is there when you’ve spent time on it.
Think in lifetime relationships and be rewarded for a lifetime.
