Directions 👩‍🍳

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Lemon Garlic Chicken with Spaghetti

🍋🍝 Light and refreshing, this lemon garlic chicken over a bed of spaghetti is the perfect weeknight meal! Who’s ready to dig in?

🛒 Ingredients 🛒

2 chicken breasts, seasoned with salt and pepper
8 oz spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Cherry tomatoes, for garnish

👩‍🍳 Directions 👩‍🍳

Cook pasta: Boil spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil. Cook seasoned chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
Make sauce: In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in chicken broth and lemon juice. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
