Mr Akinkuade Akinlabi provides palliatives to his neighbors at idanre local government
It is no longer news that novel corona virus tagged covid-19 by the world health organization WHO has caused damages globally , devouring and tormenting the lives of the human race and paralysing every human-related activities.
Vaccines to fight this virus hasn't been produced while some are still under clinal trials.hence ,the only option is to prevent the spread of the novel virus; preventive measures has been stated as to curb the spread of this various which includes social distancing , enhancing personal hygiene and staying at home also shutting down human-related activities.
However,the staying-at-home has been polemical so far,has people cry for help due to their inability to get food for their bellies.hence,to ensure the compliance of the masses to this directive vital to our health, stimulus materials or palliatives should be provided .
Mr Akinkuade Akinlabi, a chemical engineering graduate of the ladoke akintola university of technology ogbomoso, who also doubles as the son of the soil and a member of the social Democratic party SDP took to his domain at idanre Local government in distributing relief materials to stimulate people in staying at home,which is one of the effective ways in terminating the spread of the virus.
The beneficiaries prayed that government officials and individuals should emulate this kind gesture, One of the beneficiaries said "no category of the population is to be forgotten during this trying times"Food items and nose mask were distributed.
Mr Akinkuade Akinlabi enjoined them to obey the rules of the government and to comply with every measures installed to combat the virus . He said " we shall triumph over this novel virus in days to come and back to our normal way of living'
