We know that things are changing quickly and that reopening is a complex process. We want to be very clear: Ulster County and the Mid-Hudson Region remain on PAUSE and will not be opening on May 15th.

It is critical that residents continues to wear masks, follow social distancing protocols, and do everything they can to stop the spread.

Ulster County has made a lot of progress toward meeting New York State's guidelines for Phase One opening, but the Mid-Hudson Region as a whole still has work to do before the State will permit anyone to reopen.
