Onboarding at a new company can definitely come with it's struggles! Here's how you can set yourself up for a successful onboarding experience:

1. Don't be surprised if there isn't an "official" onboarding experience
2. Schedule regular meetings with your manager to make sure you're on the right track
3. Get clear on what the team expects you to know within the first 90 days
4. Speak up when you need help!
5. Take notes on how the onboarding experience can improve and share them with your manager
