The Lyric Theater was opened in 1914, In Goldfield Nevada. Later moved to a new location in 1924. It was previously Enterprise Mercantile company liquor storage . Which was built in 1905
July 6, 1923 a fire broke out burning the majority of the town and causing over 200K in damage. One of the few buildings left standing was this building. The Lyric Theater closed its doors in the early 1940s, it has been abandoned ever since.
Many have heard disembodied voices and music coming from the building at night. Works that have accessed the building have seen shadows, heard whistling, phantom footsteps and even seen apparitions on the stage.

Another from 3 months ago. Nelson was originally called Eldorado in 1775. The Spaniards who made the original discoveries of gold in the area that is now Eldorado Canyon. The town was the site of one of the first major gold strikes in Nevada and one of the biggest mining booms in state history. Gold and silver were discovered here around 1859. Among the early mines established was the notorious Techatticup Mine in the middle of the canyon. The community called Nelson was named for Charles Nelson, a camp leader who was slain in his home, along with four other people, in 1897 by the renegade Indian. Alright enough of the history lesson. The Overland Hotel & Saloon was built years later in 1915 and then later restored. In 1953, robbers came into the saloon and one of the men pistol whipped the owner of the hotel and then shot him to death. Many other stories of haunting here as well. We did stay in the most haunted room in the hotel room 10. It was a rare night where we were the only ones booked in the hotel. Absolutely no one else was there! We were the only human beings in the whole building.

So in 1867 a wooden structure was built as a temporary courthouse. The next year a brick building was purchased and remodeled for court and administrative needs. But space for the sheriff and the jail had to be rented elsewhere. In 1875 they passed an act to build a courthouse. They selected a plan by architect J.K. Winchell. This build offered tall windows and the additional offices and jail. From the 1930s untill 1974 the courthouse was unsecured and it was common practice for many locals and travelers to write their names on the wall. That's including said squatters the Manson Family which was later kicked out by one older woman who was watching over the property at the time. The building is now being renovated to continue one later down the years as a historic building. They are doing all this via donations. so if you'd like to donate check out The Belmont Courthouse website for ways to donate.

This is the Tonopah Liquor Company. It first open its doors in 1906. Mark the owner is a heck of cool guy for letting us film there. The story about the basement is George an old employee who was a big prankster haunts it. They say employees catch a shadow figure in the corner in the basement while they're down there and he likes to mess with you. Well he got me good let's just say. So on this trip i decided to take a trip to Tonopah Nevada. Beautiful town by the way but with a haunted history. In this video I'm staying at the the MIzpah Hotel and yes in the Lady in Red room. Most haunted room in the hotel. There is a reason for that. So the Lady in red was a high class pr******te who was murder by a jealous john or other half I will say. Room 504 was her personal room. The murder took place in the room but she managed to crawl out of the room to the hallway where she later on past away just feet away between rooms 504 and 502. (I did an investigation via FaceBook Live on my main account and will post it soon)
