Words fall short with the love I have for this horse,
I truly had the most fantastic ride today,

When asked to trot, we had no pacing and had such long and low with floppy ears and relaxation with a full back stretch the whole way! Gosh I am proud!

Love his new slober straps and reins 😘 plus his bobble hat!!

Ordered them about a month ago and recently came in, even with everything going on it's just nice to see some silver lining no matter how small with Hector, hopefully this year we will achieve little clear rounds with each other.

Just a few thoughts for the horse world

💭

This goes out to all the DIY liveries who are still crying from the mud they got on them for the 100th time 😂

You know your horse best!
👏 Don't let anyone dictate this, unless it's to serve your horse/s welfare.
👏 Stand your ground we have so many people that are already toxic, unwarranted advice (from people who know nothing of you or your horse/s), do yourself a favour and be bold.
👏 Take the time to ask for help, even if you feel defeated or you feel you've let your horse/s down, it's okay to ask for help.

You deserve a break!
👏 Go on that holiday, even if it's sitting on the couch all day, your horse won't miss you if you don't ride, or only go down to do his/hers basic needs and go home.
👏 Life's too short to be stressed, don't feel like competing? That's ok!
👏 Remember we are here for them, no one else needs to be impressed, go have fun enjoying your horse even if it's a give him a treat day 🥰

With winter just being always dreadful, we are here to serve our horses as DIYers and oh my goodness it's pain 😭.

But some how we always get through it! No idea how, but we do.

Look after your horse, enjoy your time with them, there's no rush, we have them for a life time. We are all trying our best out here to be the ones we need to be for our animal/s.

These cute browbands are ready to be assigned with their saddle pads, made by Ellen's Browbands absolutely amazing person, beautiful designs,

Can we guess what colours the pads will be?
I have picked two people to represent, trial and test them, 😁 if they're a success one will be sponsored, that's right paid to represent the brand!

The pads will be made at a bespoke design. Many options, colours etc... but most of all they're to ensure they're practical and accommodating to both a saddle fit and sweating!

The saddle pads, will be underway shortly so excited!!! 🎉

🎉 After doing a lovely fundraiser on hector for the Bone Cancer Research Trust they're hosting a masquerade ball, I am not initially planning on attending especially alone, so I am inviting one other person to attend with me, expenses paid!

Well done hector for helping me give back a little to the charity that have helped children with their bone cancer and he's earned a rosette for doing so by the team who ran the Bone Cancer Research Trust Stamp Appeal in our "Canter for a cure" campaign amongst us equestrians! Watch this space for more charity rides!

I am currently working on developing a whole new game changer in saddle pads, they will be made with the horsey sweat in mind, If all successful, we would love to sponsor you!

More information for when the pads are released.

What are we testing for?

🍉 Any rub on the horse/saddle
🍉 Any sweat residue left, too much sweat, the same, no sweat.
🍉 Security, whether or not it effects saddle fit, moves around, grips or slips!
🍉 How is it coping after a quick wash/hose down?
🍉 Durability? Did it survive your crazy hunting antics or jumping round.

Let us know! We can offer a match browband to the successful tester and a free saddle pad if you want to keep it or course!

Just remember people what I've learnt,

Mental health matters until you start showing symptoms, this also goes for your physical health, watch carefully who's genuinely there for you and never let them go, be strong for yourself, look after yourself! Just some thoughts whilst feeding ponies, when your mind is trying to make itself busy 🙃🤣
