Successfully hosted well-attended events such as the USATF-Certified Somerstrong 5K, Nurses’ Night at the TD Bank Ball Park, Aladdin Broadway Trip, Zumbathon and more.

Our notable donations have supported the victims of the Maui Relief, Taal Volcano Eruption, Hurricane Ida, and Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. Additionally, PNANJ Somerset played a vital role in constructing a school stage and dormitory for students at the Fortunato Perez Memorial High School in Pakyas Victoria Oriental Mindoro. This dormitory has empowered native Mangyan students to focus on their studies instead of facing the arduous task of walking home to the mountains. Additionally, we have contributed $10,000 towards the Special Project Education for Gifted students in the Philippines which is a collaboration between the PNANJ and PNANJ Foundation. Leading PNANJ Somerset in 2023 wasn't a stroll - it was a rocket ride fueled by audacious dreams. We didn't just survive 80+ events in 12 months; we thrived, redefining expectations of Filipino nurses and PNANJ Somerset itself.

We defied gravity by forging crucial partnerships, igniting a new marketing engine, and amplifying our digital voice. These weren't just PR ploys; they were strategic moves to showcase the transformative impact we bring to nurses and communities.

Shoutout to the incredible PNANJ Somerset Executive Board 2022-2024! Their dedication led to over $10,000 for charities, 38 community initiatives, and $2,000 in sunshine funds for our nurses. As the clock strikes midnight and we welcome the Wood Dragon Year, the Executive Board of PNANJ Somerset takes this moment to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you. Together, we have accomplished so much in 2023. We've weathered challenges, risen to opportunities, and made a real difference in our community.

From over 80 events, 40 sunshine fund recipients, 38 community outreach events, Served 121,170 people, 1,610 community service hours, and donated $4,874.59, your unwavering dedication and passion have fueled our success. Every step forward, every hurdle overcome, is a testament to the strength and unity of our PNANJ Somerset family.
