Who else is having fun in this wonderful white stuff? We only get snow like this in Oklahoma every few years so I take advantage of it when I can. Probably gonna snowboard behind it today too. Don’t worry there will be a video of this epic snow day.

To the person that stole this 1980 Honda CB125 out of my yard in OKC.

I want to say a heartfelt f**k you and thank you at the same time. F**k you for coming onto my property to steal anything. F**k you for trespassing and think I’m an easy target. Rest assure next time I won’t be the target. But also thank you for removing a completely seized up, hasn’t run in 30 years, needs a complete nut and bolt restoration, project that I don’t have time for. If you would have asked I probably would have given it to you.

There is a slim possibility that my old neighbors executors took it because I did offer it back to them but… I haven’t seen them in over two weeks and doubt it was them considering they live 1000 miles away from here. Unfortunately I don’t really have a way to contact them quickly but I’ll update if I hear back from them.

If you see this bike anywhere please let me know. It’s very easy to spot because my neighbor built a custom aluminum rifle rack for the handle bars and another custom aluminum rack for the back behind the seat.

Before and after. Finally got my center bore adapter rings installed. Went from 155/80 R13s to 165/60 R15s (about 2 inches bigger diameter and 1.5 inches wider). Need to trim the rear exhaust hanger and tighten up the fuel filler neck to keep the rears from rubbing, but besides that they fit perfect.

Now what color should I paint the wheels? Yellow to match the body? Black to match the trim? Stay with silver?

Just got a set of vintage American racing 15”s that already make the car look better. Now to find some off road tires that fit..ish.

Just had my backwash short hit over 100k views. The video is informative but it’s over done, looks like it was filmed on a potato, and could have been executed way better. The point is, as a content creator, you never know what videos are gonna do well and which ones will bomb. To all my creator friends out there. Keep putting out content consistently and something’s bound to hit.

Finally made it home! 2006 unofficial miles this trip. For those you wondering what happened here’s the scoop.

Left out of OKC Thursday before the Gambler 500 Colorado. Stopped at a salvage yard in Pueblo and grabbed some headlights so I could take 70 over to grand junction late Friday. I’ve done a crap ton of sketchy things but that trip over the Rockies at night without any decent headlights, front wheels towed out so it darted around like a go kart, overloaded with a car top carrier and cooler that might as well have been a giant sail, and a weight distribution that favored the rear, had me sweating like a drug dealer at a traffic stop.

Finally got to camp at 3:30am, went to bed at 6 and woke at 8 to start gambling (some more 😂). Hit the trails and blew the intake on the climb out of gateway. Limped it 50 miles back till I feared blowing the motor. Had AAA come grab it Monday and drop it off at my buddies parents house up on the monument.

Tuesday I swapped the intake out (thank goodness Oreilly’s had one in stock). Once that was done I discovered the overflow tank had a hole in it and noticed a loud knocking noise that I thought was a piston rod. Sealed the overflow tank with some JB high heat plastic radiator repair and sent it.

Wednesday we headed out of grand junction and up and over red mountain, coalbank, and Molus passes. Sketch but still not as sketch as the I70 night run 😂. Landed in Durango where I did an oil change with rotella and Lucas oil stabilizer. I took it down to Ignacio to Jake Whites shop and he discovered it was probably a broken timing chain guide and not a rod (not sure that’s any better 😂) Helped my buddy and his wife build a deer proof garden then headed out Monday.

Stopped by my buddy’s house Jonathan Osborne and chatted for a while before we finally landed in Santa Rosa Monday night. Got up this morning and dropped 500 miles straight down i40 till we got back to OKC.

Car ran decent but the coil packs started going out giving me a flashing check engine light while topping hills and passes. Looks like I’ve got a lot of work to do on the old steed.

I’ll be editing all the footage over the next few days and will drop the movie this weekend or early next week.

And I’ll say it again… it’s not sometimes be gambling.
