O! no this is completely madness of the highest order, for the past four days now we didn't have power supply within my territory and at the end of the month, this so called EEDC (power supply) will be coming to collect their money without considering the damages they've caused the customers.
At this point, I think the right thing is for Federal government to come inn on this regard whereby we have have an agreement or enact a law that will be covering both parties, whereby anytime each party defaults the agreement the person will pay according to the agreement written.
For example if power suppliers didn't supply light as at when due or within the stipulated time, when is time for the collection of their bill they've to adjust the price they're meant to collect because they've defaults the agreement.
Secondly, Federal government should give room for other people to come into power supply, it shouldn't be only power holding company of Nigeria (PHCN), it shouldn't be like a monopoly business. It has to be competitive in essence that if PHCN f**k up you switch to other company.
Suggestions tho.
