Hey y’all, ready to meet Ashley?
Ashley grew up in the town of Pikeville in Eastern Kentucky. She graduated with her Bachelors in social work from the University of Pikeville in 2014 and again in 2021 with a Masters in Social work. Ashley is currently a Certified Social Worker and works as a Program manager for a National company managing Case management services.
Ashley has lived her whole life in Pike county Kentucky but is in the process of moving to Lexington, Kentucky with her dog Chuy. She is looking forward to navigating her life in a larger city and the opportunities it can provide. Ashley is most excited to share her experiences, struggles, and triumphs in success as an Appalachian woman.

Hey y’all! Ready to meet another host?
Katie grew up in the town of Worthington in northeast Kentucky along the Ohio River. She attended Raceland-Worthington High School and graduated in 2011. She received a volleyball scholarship to the University of Pikeville in southeast Kentucky where she, Ashley, and Audri met. After graduating from UPIKE in 2015 with a B.A. in Communications, Katie moved to Lexington where she began her career.
Currently, Katie lives in Lexington, Kentucky with her boyfriend and their 2 dogs. She is the Sales Manager of National Accounts for a hospitality software company and focuses much of her time on this role and the travel associated with it. In her free time, she enjoys a local weekly sand volleyball league, kayaking, biking, hiking, boating, and any other outdoor activity. She’s an avid reader, cooks almost every day, and hopes to dedicate more time to painting and other creative pursuits in 2022.

Hi y’all, I’m Audri and I’m 29 years old. I was born and raised in the beautiful mountains of Eastern Kentucky. Currently, I’m the Director of a Health Education Center in West Virginia. Next week, in Episode 1 we’re doing a deep dive into my background and career. I’m not going to lie, being vulnerable and sharing things that very few people know about me is difficult but I’m also learning there’s power in vulnerability. Tune in on Thursday March 17th at 7:00pm on Apple, Spotify, and Stitcher.
