Tell your child "you can do it", if she cries and says "i can't do it ", please don't tell her " that's not your cup of tea". Just request her to say i can't do it yet".
Always praise the process, not the success ❤️❤️
"Not Yet" is a simple expression that can change the outlook of your child.

Please don't engage them in unhealthy competition, rather teach them to be empathetic. Remember sympathy means "i can understand you" but empathy is something more than that, as it means "i can feel you.

Inspire your kids success by saying, "bravo, you must try hard", and show empathy to kids failure by saing "let's try harder again, we can do it"🙂.

Your one expression can change your children's/ student's/ follower's life. Love them, teach them to spread love.

Mental solvency for being free

Why do you avoid the fact of your mental solvency?
Is financial solvency enough for leading a happy life?

Do question, please….it can’t be the way of life. One day God will ask you, “I have sent you with a beautiful soul. How is It now? How have you taken care of that soul?”

Are You ready to answer proudly on that day….I have filled your gift (heart) with anxiety, jealousy, tension, unnecessary hurtful thoughts, and so many things. Never allow it to live freely. Strictly keep it busy with the concentration of every next second. And, as you instruct, I make my heart a good servant who can never speak over me.

1. Many of us have filled our minds with so many impurities that we can’t go to sleep without comparing ourselves to others. And can’t even weak up with the confidence that today is a new day and I can do bold.
2. The seat of God in our minds is occupied with doubt and confusion. Our mind never lets us say whatever happens to us is planned by God ultimately. It often busies with blaming God or others.
3. Our mind is so weak that it never helps us by saying let it go. It gets hurt in a very single hurt or behavior. You can’t hold strongly the remote of our mind and it often starts to present that channel which is chosen by others.
4. Anyone can advise this poor bagger mind as if it cannot choose the right one. The feelings of anger, sorrow, depression, loneliness turn into the only properties of the mind. With all that burden we often answer I have no choice!

If financial solvency is enough for a happy life, you must be happy with your earthly property. Any calamities can’t touch your soul. You never get hurt when someone pinches you, annoyed you. If you practice the maturity of the soul nobody can motivate your speech, thoughts, and action. You have no capital in your mind. How dangerous it is that your mind is depending on others. It is influenced by every single action of the others of your surroundings.

Don’t allow others to lead your mind. Have trust in God and bag some funds for your mental solvency rather than earthly objects. To enrich the property of the mind practice good works, pure thought, help others, keep praying and never lose your heart by others saying.

Remember, it's always your choice. Love to go with it. Best of luck for practicing happiness.

Peace! The ultimate goal of your heart

Yea, I have some ordinary questions for you.

1. What have you not done for heaving good health?
2. Do you ever think of your mental health?
3. What is the food you have provided to your mind?
4. What is the outcome of the food of mind?
5. Do you evaluate their nutritious value ever?

Most of us don't consider even the mind also needs some nutritious food. The food we eat provides energy to our bodies. So what about the energy of our mind? Why have you Neglected your mind so rudely?

When you put some weight you follow some diet. Check the nutritious fact carefully while buying food for eating. Go for a walk, start to build up a good food chain so that you can regain your desired body condition.

Why your mind is deprived? Is it less important to you? Or as it has no appearance you don't need to take care of it! 99% of us are indifferent about our mental health. Trust me, we are sick. We should practice some emotional diet for our mind. We should purify our minds to think positively.

To build up a healthy mental diet please do some regular activities.

1. It's not necessary to go through the newspaper at the very start of the morning. News portrays the special events where you are among general. A morning with so much distracting news occupied your mind for the rest of the day and lead your speech and conversation.

2. Dear Moms, have you ever think why you are thinking of an accident when your child doesn't pick up his/her phone in due time? Because the everyday news of accidents is recorded and occupied your mind. Negative thinking misleads you and you can't think of something positive. Please remember, our mind is much stronger than all other earthly connectivity. So, while you are thinking about something negative, the negative energy is passed to your child. And when he/she may face any problem you relate those problems with your thoughts.

3. It is important to think of the thief when you go for a sound sleep or go outside of the horse thief. Newspaper show you the news of that house where the occurrence of stealing happens. It's not their responsibility to show you thousands of people of that area had got a sound sleep that night.

The theory is not only appropriate for the mother, but also for all as we are connected with others with our soul. so we should not send any negative vibe /energy to anyone.

The information that is eaten by your mind, you react in that way. The song you are listening to today, its words, though, and feelings leave a core impact on your mind subconsciously. The news, tv programs, conversations, and your overall surroundings feed your mind continuously.

Start a healthy diet for your mind. Help yourselves to be happy. Learn everything but absorb only the positivities. Practice to forgot about the negativities and don't allow your mind to restore the negative information. Be kind to all as it is only your choice.

May Peace overflow your heart. Smile
🙂🙂🙂

You must know about the famous paintings like Whistler's Mother (Musée D'Orsay, Paris), The Night Watch (Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam), The Birth Of Venus (Uffizi Gallery, Florence)The Scream (National Gallery, Oslo), and so on. Most importantly the incredible Mona Lisa (The Louvre, Paris) can never be turned over without snatching your further attention...

But the painting which I found with an extraordinary vibe of science, art, and fact of life is The Persistence Of Memory (Museum Of Modern Art, New York). It was painted by Salvador Dali in 1931 that depicts melting clock faces and is thought to have been inspired by the Theory of Relativity.

4 parts of this painting that were most important to Dali:
The landscape
Melting clocks
A surreal melting figure
Congregating ants

These all have their inner meaning of placement and significance. It's a rare combination of hope, life, destruction, and inconsistency. For sure, you must be amused if you have a close observation of 15 minutes on The Persistence Of Memory...

You must have heard about the Aircraft that had been disappeared and arrived after 30 years. How many of you believed it as truth like me?

Pan Am Flight 914 was a Douglas DC-4 ( the name of that aircraft) off from a New York City airport to Miami, Florida with 57 passengers and six crew members on July 2, 1955. It was supposed to report Miami after 2hours of its departure. But, on that day it had been disappeared, and after approximately 30 years it reported on Caracas radar, on March 9, 1985. The pilot dropped a small calendar out the window and again turned back to the runway. The authority of Venezuela and the United States investigated the truth of the fact and seized the calendar and the tower tapes.

The story goes viral on the internet as the real evidence of time travel and is a hot forum topic with the UFO. Instead of landing in Miami in 1955, it appeared on arrival in Venezuela 30 years later. But, the truth you might not discover yet the story of Pan Am Flight 914 is a total fabrication.

The story was first published in 1985 by the Weekly World News. The onetime tabloid (now website) was very popular for creating such types of stories. The paper ran the story again twice in the 1990s (with the plane’s arrival date changed to 1992 in those later stories).

YouTube channel boost the story with a video about the disappearance has gotten more than 15 million views. It was a real-life fake tabloid story. Bright Side introduced a number of “details” that were not in the first Weekly World News story, including the fact that the plane was visible on radar. In any case, the video reveals that the story is a hoax only well toward the end.

Do you know who is Shampa?
For sure, I am not asking about myself, it’s about Shampa Srivastava. She is the first Durga (Little Durga) of Satyajit Rays Pother Panchali, the timeless masterpiece

Shampa is the biological daughter of Karuna Banerjee ( করুণা ব্যানার্জী) who played the role of Sarbojaya in the same film. In an interview, she remembered the days, which was unusual for her to act like someone's character. Satyajit Ray was the friend of her father. She introduced her mother Karuna Banerjee as an extraordinarily beautiful lady who was graduated from Jogamaya Devi College, an affiliated women's college of the University of Calcutta. She was a theater actress but she was very much against being a traditional film actress.

In 1953 Shampa Srivastava was not six years old but she enjoyed the role and the way of life of the village. She told me she was just being the instruction. Her mother is a gentle and sober woman who never being angry in real life. But her acting was so much real that none can imagine. Karuna helped her to express authentic expression. Shampa says she doesn't like her formal name, Shampa. And fortunately, she has a second name as all Bengali girls possessed. Her mother calls har Rumki. And the name was enlisted on the cover of the film. You will be amused to learn about all the other characters of the film Pother Panchali.... Apart from the plot become surprised to learn how Mr. Satyajit choose each and every character :

Kanu Banerjee as Harihar Roy
Karuna Banerjee as Sarbajaya Roy
Subir Banerjee as Apurba Roy (Apu)
Runki Banerjee as Durga Roy (Little Durga)
Uma Dasgupta as Durga Roy (teenager Durga )
Chunibala Devi as Indir Thakrun, the old aunt

The actual life is depicted in this film for the first time on the screen makes me connected still now with my childhood.

MASSAMAN, THE KING OF CURRIES

According to the survey of CNN, Massaman was crowned as the “World’s Best Food”, among the 50 top delicious foods. the dish makes the hearts of foodies blowing. it is selected as the most popular dish in2011 and again in 2017. the achievement is considered prestigious to Thailand’s culinary culture. though Massaman is hosted warmly by Thailand and bears many resemblances of the country, there is much debate. The name “Massaman” itself is a corruption of the word musulman, an old Persian word for “Muslim”. at the Court of Ayutthaya by a Persian merchant named Sheik Ahmad Qomi in the 17th Century. but you may get Indian and Malayan flavor in this dish. The Lady Plean Passakornrawong wrote the first recipe of Massaman curry in 1889. Her version was called ‘Chicken Massaman Curry with Bitter Orange Juice’.

You can check the recipe and have a try to prepare the amazing dish to get the world's best test ever.

How many of you love Biriyani! The extraordinary creation of the world of food. My hobby is to eat Biriyani, and I try to test Biriyani from everywhere....anywhere I have found it.

🧐🧐 But the fact I am going to disclose to you is "why the Handi (Pot) of Biriyani is covered with Red cloth"❓❓❓⁉️⁉️❓❓❓

A few days ago I was in search of roadside Biriyani and stopped by an old restaurant. They kept the Handi (Pot) of Biriyani outside the restaurant covering it with a red cloth. ...okay, keeping the Handi (Pot) outside may be a business strategy to attract, but why it's covered with red cloth? I just asked them why they have used red cloth to cover it. They told me they used it from the very beginning, and it's a trend, to cover Biriyani with a cloth. I further asked them why they choose the color red. Why not blue, green, yellow, or orange? They told me the usual answer....to attract people!

It's not a valid answer as we, the genuine Biriyani lover never run after the red-clothed Handi (Pot) of Biriyani.

No, on that day I don't buy Biriyani, rather I conducted a little survey on the question of why the Handi (Pot) of Biriyani is covered with a red cloth. I asked the same question to many of the owners of small and well-known hotels. But surprisingly none couldn't answer the question! That's very disappointing. But I always encouraged the unusual curiosity of my mind and tried to make them satisfy anyhow. After having my lunch I decided to trace out the fact of this red cloth.

Biriyani, the plate full of pleasure, I named it .... Embarks on its journey to India in the Mughal period. Early Mughal rulers were highly influenced by Persian culture and try to absorb all the norms of Iran. They also embrace the Indian emperor wholeheartedly. Mughal rulers borrow the tradition of covering royal food with red cloth from Iran.

Once Emperor Humayun lost his territory and took refuge in Iran. Persian emperor welcomed him with such and special honor that the way of Emperor Humayun was floored with red carpet. He observed that hospitality is organized in such a way that warm touch of love and respect can be felt everywhere. In the court ceremony, he observed the food was served on gold and silver plates and covered while serving. They used silver clothes for silver utensils and white cloth for metallic and camera.

Gradually The Mughals start to imitate the culture. But the thing that they did not consume is the red turban for the honorable person or spiritual devotees. The Nawabs of Lucknow was also motivated by the custom of coloring continued the use of red or red shawls in the nobility, nobility, warmth. This is the original reason behind covering a Handi (Pot) of Biriyani with red cloth. The same as to the Bangalies as we are known as the best in hospitality in all over the world.

Imagine a Plate full of pleasure on such an elegant plate 👇👇. Isn't it Lucrative!🤤🤤

Do you know why the Lion holds a sword in its hand in the flag of Sri Lanka? Let's enjoy the historical story.....

Long long ago there was a prince called Vijaya in Singapura (“Lion City”) in India. He left home and started exploring new lands in the 5th century BC . He found Sri Lanka in 486 BC. He named the island Tamraparni which means copper-colored leaf. He remakes the name combining Thamiram (copper in Sanskrit) and Varni (color). Some scholar claims Tamara means red and parani means tree, therefore it could mean "tree with red leaves......let it be whatever it is!

The Anuradhapura Kingdom of King Pandukabhaya uses a flag where a lion holds a sword. During 377 BC–1017 AD the flag was used by Dutthagamani and subsequent rulers. Vijaya brought such a flag with him while he arrived in Sri Lanka. From that time onwards, the lion symbol has played a substantial role in the history of Sri Lanka. In 1948, the flag was adopted as the national flag of the Dominion of Ceylon.

The lion represents bravery, the Sinhala ethnicity, and the strength of the nation. But every design holds meaning within the golden lion.
1. The curly hair on the lion's head represents Religious observance, wisdom, and meditation. The eight hairs on the lion's tail stand for the Noble Eightfold Path.
2. The beard of the lion shows the Purity of words. The nose of the lion is for intelligence. The two front paws of the lions depict Purity in handling wealth.
3. The four Bo leaves added by Wijeyeratne reflect the fundamental principles of The four Buddhist virtues of Mettha (loving-kindness), Karuna (compassion), Upeksha (equanimity), and Muditha (happiness).
4. The orange stripe includes the Tamil ethnicity, Green stripe for The Moor ethnicity. Saffron border for Buddhism and unity among the people. The maroon background represents Sinhalese ethnicity and the strength of the country. The golden yellow border is for Other minority communities of Sri Lanka, such as the Malays, the Burghers, the Indigenous Veddas, the Kaffirs and, the Sri Lankan Chinese.

That's great...But, where we are. We are about to dig out why the lion holds the sword! The sword that the lion holds represents the sovereignty of the country. The handle of the sword stands for the four elements namely air, water, earth, and fire.

Okay, I got it. But still, now the question makes me hit ....
Why the sword is held by the lion??
