-this is not commonly used by native Japanese speakers because it has a strong sense of finality. It is used when there is a good chance you might not be meeting the other person for quite some time.
-instead, they use また ね/mata ne/see you or また あした/mata ash*ta/see you tomorrow.

けっこ です/kekko desu/it's alright - it is similar to いいです/ii desu/It's fine, but more humble and polite.
-they are used for both ways-affirmative use (praise or acceptance) and negative use (refusal).
-the intonation may be slightly different, and in most cases, you nod for acceptance, and shake your head or wave your hand for refusal.

お げんき です か?/O genki desu ka? - this literally means, "Are you lively?" or "Are you okay?"
So it is like asking someone if he or she is doing fine. Like "How are you?"
Well as for me, ---genki desu. Watashi ha genki desu. 😊
