Hello!! My name is Kaitlyn but I go by Kait! I’m a mom to 2 girls and I’ve been married for almost 5 years. I’ve been doing photography for 4 years and I love it! I do everything from weddings to content shoots. My favorite part about photography is meeting new people!

You don’t have to do it all as a business owner. Don’t know how to do social media? Don’t even want to do social media? There’s a reason people work in social media management full time! It’s a job in itself. When you’re already running a business you’re wearing many hats and your days and hours are filled with work. If you aren’t posting at least 3 times a week…. You gotta fix that🙈 in my basic package I start you at three times a week to get you on your feet, to get your name out there and to get your audience to understand hello you’re here! I have a lot of new followers so want to introduce myself! My name is Morgan, the face behind Next Gen Social Agency, which is my baby🫶🏼 BUT I have another baby named Waylon who is 15 months old and he is the absolute love of my life!

Ive been doing social media management since 2019, so for over 5 years now and i cannot imagine doing anything else, i am truly SO passionate about what i do and love that i get to wake up everyday and do what i love!

Check out one of our brand partners 👋🏼 Phoenix Team Seek and Destroy, an Arizona based cycling team.

I started with this brand when it was just a thought and vision. Over a year ago I designed up their logo and finalized their branding with them. Today, they have 50 cyclists on their team ranging from the professional level, to guys and girls just getting started in cycling representing their brand across Arizona and multiple other states in cycling races. AND this year they are also hosting their first USA cycling race where riders from all over the US will be coming to Avondale, AZ to compete in come February.

GET BEHIND THE CAMERA📸

If you’re not showing your face on your feed how are you building trust with your audience if they don’t even know what you look like? When it comes to businesses, we have a wide variety of places to choose from for anything… whether that’s hair salons, fitness studios, realtors, you name it there’s a lot of competition. When people choose you it’s because they choose YOU! So show the world who you are. Book that content shoot, get those pictures, it’ll only do GOOD things for your business 👏🏼

👋🏼 Hey small business owner, stop and read this 👋🏼

I’m going to go over 3 mistakes I see small business owners making online that I NEED to talk about so grab a chair pull up a seat (maybe a drink🍷) and let’s chat.

#1: posting once a week to your account isn’t you being “social”. You have to be SOCIAL on social media. It is not enough to post and hope people will find you and your content, you need to actively put yourself out there. Reply to people’s stories, comment on stuff, follow people, once again you have to be SOCIAL in order to grow on here.

#2: this ties in with my last one, be honest with yourself, do you have the time to dedicate to your social media accounts? And not just a few minutes a week to upload a photo, write a quick caption and click “post” because we went over that already and we know it’s not enough. If you don’t have the time in your busy schedule you need to think about OUTSOURCING to someone you know and trust can do the work that needs to be done for you to take it off your plate. Yes, outsourcing is essentially an investment but it’s almost 2023 and we’re all fully aware that building your brand online is something that needs to be done for your business. Don’t you understand it’s a necessity to be online? Therefore it’s a necessity for your business? Think about it.

#3: you’re going to hate me for this… but people come to social media for connection. They want to interact with real people and not robots. If someone comes to your page and it’s all screenshots of educational stuff from google, and automated robot messages the second you follow them or send them a message there is no connection to your brand and that drawers distance between tour potential customers/clients and you. Less automation, more human. Make sense?

Want to know a secret?🙊 I don’t believe in posting to your business IG feed every single day. BUT I do believe that at a MINIMUM you should be posting at least 3-4 times a week. On top of this… you should be showing up on your stories DAILY for the best engagement.

If you’re a business owner or entrepreneur I want you to take an audit of your page. Are you posting at least 3x a week with quality, strategic content? Are you showing up on your stories at least once daily? If you’re serious about growing online, and you want your time and effort that you put into posting to mean something and pay off, you need to be taking the steps it takes to build your audience.

Following my rule of thumb on posting is a good place to start.
