Happy new year 2023 😀
(26 Nov 2022) pic taken at Ishibashi Cultural Center in Kurume City. It was my last day staying in Kurume, dunno where else to go so randomly searched on Google and decided to visit this place for the Japanese style garden which is extra pretty during Autumn 🍂 . Took a 10min-ride bus from Nish*tetsu Kurume Station to Ishibashi Cultural Center 🚌💨.

Free entrance. Quite a number of locals (majority senior citizens) came here to enjoy the view (and took a morning walk here as well)😌

🛑 Greedy human PART 2: all these are for 2pax 🙂 (couldn’t finish chicken wings & muffins, so takeaway 🥡)
What we ordered:
• Chicken lasagna (savoury, but quite salty)
• Chicken wings (seasoned well, quite salty)
• Chicken meatballs
• Spring rolls (crispy outside, juicy inside - recommend 💯)
• French fries (soggy 🥲)
• Raspberry cheesecake (surprisingly good - recommend 💯)
•Muffins (haven’t tried yet)
•Raspberry soda 🥤
*Meanwhile, as a greedy human, I did buy ice cream & curry puff after shopping…. Curry puff is for next day breakfast & teatime ✨

Traditional fast food restaurant✨
A family-owned fast food restaurant has been running for so many years in a small town in Kulai, Johor. From the menu and interior, i’m sure that u can see how old the restaurant is and it must be the childhood memories of the locals.
The variety of menu really surprised me a lot, ranging from fried chicken meals, nasi lemak series, curry chicken series, porridge, shaved ice, banana boat ice cream to beverages. Of course, don’t forget to mention the full menu is written in mandarin.
Back to the food, fried chicken is juicy - worth to try 💯 I will visit again to try other dishes 🤌

Happy Dumpling Festival🎉
Hard to find places selling dumplings, so bought it online.
RM10 for 1, with 1 full pc of salted egg yolk✨🤌
Delivery to my doorstep, dumplings are fresh (definitely ❌ frozen one).
💯Recommend to buy from D&J Homemade Bakery, it’s a homemade bakery & available for Klang Valley delivery)
