I got an invitation to DJ an event from a long time friend who is a legendary promoter in my area who loves cool music and has been in the business since the 1990's ... this is one of the beiggest events of the year and it feels amazing to be a part of it again as I have in the past!

I am very excited to be a part of this, to spread the joy of music and to be the guy to keep the good times going inbetween a powerhouse lineup.

I am not allowed to devuldge too much until after the new year, but trust me, I only associate.myself with quality events and people these days, so if you ask me to do BIZNUSS and I am on board, then you are one of those good people!

Alright, so by tomorrow morning, I should have two new stream VODS of my completely and utterly silly TOTK playthrough in real time! It's a lot to watch so far, but I have really loved the new installment of the Legend of Zelda series! Consider subscribing and watching! I kind of do video game content creation only for fun these days, as I kind of put it on the backburner for work, DJing and other stuff!

Today I will be out and about putting up flyers for Frightful Festivus | GOTH Night! | DJ CYN & RAYCERX with our NEW poster! Outside of my usual haunts, what local businesses here in Saginaw/Bay City/Midland would like a poster?

A big shoutout to CRYPT and my lovely pals Gaelen August Rand (awesome DJ and like a big sib to me) Erica Tatum(who is da big cheese of the operation) Tony Vatter(best active soundperson I know) and Harlan Drexel (boss dude with attitude Jack of all trades) for pushing me to get into spinning and giving me the confidence to do all of this, The Hamilton St. Pub and Kellie Truckner for believing in me and letting me have my frivolous G A W F NITES in their establishment, let's not forget Jay Northrup who nods his head and gives me thumbs up in support, Sounds and Shadows whom I have met so many awesome musicians and made friends and contacts ran by the awesome Ken Magerman who lets me spread the message around the world as an ambassador, Audiogazing and Joseph Weber who I pretty much have been pals with since I was 18 years old and has always believed in me and cheered me on. Hey everyone, I hope you all are well. I have been on a nearly month-long trip with my girlfriend to Japan and now Thailand for her surgery. Ups and downs, but overall it has been interesting to see new parts of the world, at least to me. I miss you all, I'll be home Nov 11th. I'll be hitting the ground running, but could really use your support, even if it is just verbal! It all helps! I will say this: I totally have so many records that I forgot to play some bangers last night at the Pub! Lol. There were a few things I threw in off the wall, but hey, it was still good. I will probably run my next event at the end of November for my birthday, either at the the Hamilton St. Pub or somewhere secret ;). For my birthday this year, don't worry about getting me anything, just donate to The Historic Masonic Temple of Bay City . That's what my wish is for this year.

The next event will be a more traditional vinyl night, but for my bats, I'll do a goth set. I will also be featuring Matthew Heller aka DJ Snakes to do a set of spinning and scratching as well! That's the plan, but nothing is set in stone yet.

Once again, I have to thank EVERYONE for coming to Spooktober Fest // Goth night with DJ RaycerX and supporting.

The thing is, if you keep coming to events like CRYPT and when I do a night at a bar, it helps get the whole scene noticed and helps out everyone. I also appreciate everyone being SAFE and RESPECTFUL. That's the big thing, I like to promote diversity and inclusivity at my shows and people having fun. As Jason puts it "I never seen DJs bring stuff like candy or do cool things like shout out the staff and stuff. It's cool!"

I don't mind going the extra mile. It's just something I do to try and separate myself from everyone else. I may not be the best DJ, but I like what I do, have fun with it and give people a memorable experience. I don't plan on going to Mars, I just like sharing the music I like for people i care about, new and old friends I like.

Despite my day going sideways, I gotta thank very specially Julia Gwizdala , Liz McDaniel , Michelle Tietz Skwerl Mazter , Akasha Siebold , Brian Wallace Jr. , Mason Ribble , Colleen Seaman Ribble , very importantly Christopher Poole , Ken Magerman , Gaelen August Rand , Kellie Truckner , Tony Gomez Steven Gollbach Rachele Lea Jeannie Peacock Adena Bowman and a lot of others for being there and coming through for me. You guys are great. I appreciate you folks!

Back to work tomorrow, Sunday, then a few days off to pack and prepare and then more work until the big day. Wish me luck! Also, if anyone wants to see me, I'll be at the Hamilton St. Pub tomorrow spinning some of the best in spooky music ON VINYL!
